I recently moved out and panicked when landlord didn’t provide any washing machine. it’s been two weeks and counting that no washing machine was provided. my bad since I was too trusting. I searched everywhere and was recommended to try the coin laundry service which I went but I honestly didn’t like it.. it was really very very filthy. I searched again and came across to this shop and I went there personally by foot.. I didn’t care how far I walked but managed to see this place up close and personal.. to the owner and the people behind this shop.. I would like to thank you for such a good place to bring my laundry.. I don’t drive therefore going and coming back home with my laundry won’t be easy but the experience while inside the shop was awesome. I think this is the best laundry shop I ever been.. I told my friend as soon as I left the place and he checked out via Google. I told him, I’m super amazed on how new the machines are and they have the rinse features which i discovered after a man did the rinse feature after he did his laundry, not everyone does care for the next user.. but yes, this place is very clean (good for my OCD).. it has both small and large laundry and what’s special? they also have a separate laundry for your fur babies - dogs or cats.. washing is at 8-12 dollars (about 28 minutes) depending on which machines you use and drying is at 8 dollars for 30 minutes. you can use washing machines which does have free laundry soap and fabric conditioner or you may bring your own laundry soap and fave fabric conditioner - everything is labeled so it’s pretty much very easy. you don’t have to worry about bringing your coins or dollar bills as this laundry shop is fully automated. as long as you have credit in your card or you can do phone banking.. you’ll be fine. while waiting, they also have a vending machine that sells drinks and chips.. as well as free wifi which means, one movie then off you go with your clean and freshly washed clothes/sheets. washing machines can hold as big as 18 kilos (biggest washing machine) and smaller machines can hold about 13 kilos as I can recall. a bin is provided for whatever consumable you had within the said facility. again, kudos to the team behind this amazing laundry facility. I will be back next time.

I use this Laundromat regularly for pet and large personal items. Normally things here are quite good/ straight forward except for the overbearing scent they use (which has since been rectified it seems). The poor review here is for my experience on Saturday 30/9/23 where the machine next to the pet washer debited our account but did not wash our items. There was a "door lock error" before this but the screen cleared and so we proceeded. We used another machine but have paid twice for only one wash due to the faulty machine. As no contact number - I filled out the form on the website given, however no one has since got back to us to rectify this issue. Overall good presentation/ modern facility, however if they are charging you twice for a faulty machine then I would say you are dodgy at best. Anyway, just writing in case others experience the same so if a pattern develops use another laundromat. Happy washing

Saved my life from depression laundry. This is a premium 24 hour laundromat. Very cute interior. Good proper bin. Vending machine full of yummy snacks, and beverages. Complementary free wifi. Very painless process. The free laundry wash and softener is like this lavender, clean linen smell, and it does a proper fine job. It’s great that the facilities also provides a wall socket, and 2 USB ports so you can charge your phone & other devices. There’s also chairs outside if you want to catch the fresh air. I’m glad this place opened up, they’ve been especially helpful with prompt replies on Instagram. Thank you very much to the people who run this place !!!

Fine if you want to do a normal load with detergent and softener included, a bit rubbish if you want to do anything else. No spin cycle. No rinse cycle. Only one machine lets you add your own detergent. I started my day by handwashing and soaking my doona in my bath tub to remove stains. I popped down to Stacks to give it a rinse and spin before using a dryer. All washing machines do that right? Nope. So I resigned myself to giving it another full wash cycle. More money to Stacks I suppose. And I had to wait for the one machine that doesn't add softener, because that damages feathers. I'll be going somewhere else next time for sure.

Would high recommend this laundromat! I was looking for bigger machines to wash my giant winter quilt and found this place. It is super super clean. Has the detergent and the softener included as well. I used the 18kg machine for both washing and drying. Both took 30 minutes each which was amazing I expected to be here all day! $12 for the wash and then $8 for the dryer, which is expensive but the amount of dirty clothes you can fit into the machines is impressive.

Moved to the city recently and before I purchased my washing machine, I was googling trying to find a laundromat close by. I found Stacks, and OMG! It’s such a great self service laundromat! There’s 1hr parking right outside the door, the machines supply detergent and it’s very quick (I did washing and dryer in just under an hour). There’s wifi, snacks, table and chairs inside. Also whatever they use for detergent, it smells absolutely amazing!

Went in here for the first time tonight after seeing the reviews, and now I completely understand why. This place is fantastic! A nice and affordable wash and dry, plus a small vending machine for snacks and drinks and free wifi to link up to while waiting for the wash. The timeframe is also very quick - what would end up taking a 3-5 hours collectively at home only took about over 40 minutes for the wash and dry. Thank you, Stacks!

Great little laundry! Very clean and I was able to wash my mattress topper really easily, it came out really well. There's plently of machines and free WIFI. A machine accidentally charged me twice and I emailed them and they refunded my card right away, excellent customer service. Only thing I would like to be able to add prewash or Napisan, I thought I could buy a small amount there but I will bring some next time.

A bit dirty but really modern. The Machines are fast so you get done in under 1 hour so perfect if you only have a short time span. The machines work with tap so don’t worry about having to bring coins. Most of the machines have detergent so you don’t have to bring yours, and there is a machine and dryer for pet stuff. The loads vary from 13 to 18 kg. The washer starts from 9$up and the dryer from 5$up.

20 dollars to do all my sheets and bedding, washed and dried while I sit sipping a drink with free wi-fi is about as good as laundry could be. The machines are all super modern, pretty much silent. The space is pretty much spotless.Everything washed and dried wonderfully. It's a touch expensive, but for how many loads of laundry it saves, it's well worth it. Especially useful open 24hr.

It's a great place with brand new machines! $9 for a 13kg washer or 12$ for 18kg. Edit: In my original review I wrote that I was unhappy because all machines automatically put fabric softener. Stacks Laundry listened to me and quickly updated one of the machines to NOT include softener by default (GREAT for wools etc). Amazing work, you truly listen to your customers. Keep going!

What an incredible service this is, 5 stars just doesn't cut it, they seriously deserve 10 stars. It's so convenient, brand new machines, self service, comes with detergent & softener, so easy to use with the latest technology, you just tap, soooo good. I've never been so excited about doing laundry before ha! I wash mine and my pets bedding here, it's the best in town :)

I’ve never been so excited about a laundromat, but honestly if your local and go elsewhere try this self serve place once and and you’ll be hooked. The detergent they use is gorgeous makes everything feel and smells amazing, there’s a cafe next door, great hours & I met the owner Omer today and not surprising he’s an absolute darling, can’t recommend highly enough!

New space and machines, however be warned the detergent used has a really intense fragrance! I have to air everything out to reduce the smell and might re-wash elsewhere. Please provide the option to byo products to allow for personal preference/allergies etc.

Decent team and very helpful, one of the washing machines overcharged me once but the owner of Stack Laundry was very honest and helpful, after looking at my refund proof, I got my money back as soon as possible, much appreciated, I remain your customer.

This laundromat is such a vibe! The machines are all brand new and latest technology. they were really easy to use and the self dispensing detergent is an added bonus! Very clean and convenient.

High tech specs on this laundromat, prices a bit high as well. For 13kg/$9 and 18kg/$12 all w/ detergent and softener, they have an option without and is $1 cheaper.
