Terrible Bank. Cannot get through on the telephone. Paying extra on my card and cannot see where the money is allocated. Trying to phone and just get messages "High Call Volume". This is disgusting. I am very concerned about the extra payments I have made. Will now just pay my instalment due on my credit card. Olive Ashford

If this is the same STB outside Rosebank mall then If you ever want to deposit cash at the atm... Never go here... Waste of precious time !!!!! Atm never works properly!!!!!

Surely after closing alot of other branches around the ones that are still open should be efficient enough to handle customers in a timely manner?
