Lack of service. Great facilities and artwork in the building. My culture was disrespected by employees and I received poor service from the Group Tax Division and CIB. Kevin Barnes also does not reply to emails or calls. Please resolve my remedy and complaint logged. Please follow up promptly. Thank you

Ridiculous amount of waiting time for Forex, 6 people waiting, 2 tellers. According to those already waiting here, each customer takes 20-30 mins to process. So one is looking at an hour waiting time minimum. What a loss of productivity for South Africa, and I guess Standard Bank just don’t care.
