Worst bank branch ever. Every time I come here I wait 3 hours. I the workers go do other stuff while clients are waiting for hours in the line. Very slow service. I always get so irritated when I come here. Then they send you to the wrong place then we have to go in the back of the line. Then just because we come two people but as difficult clients to make payments one has to stand outside. My banking app has still not been working for months even though I came twice to fix it. Please management needs to sort this out.

Poor and inadequate help extended to clients. At times long waiting lines which the security in charge doesn't even know where to send clients who absolutely has no need to be in those lines. There's always a hassle with unnecessary documents or paper work where in this day and age documents can be authenticated,verified and stored on their system but that would not happen because for some odd reason standard bank branches move at an oddly slow pace

A lengthy queue formed at the enquiries counter, with just three staff members available to handle inquiries. Fortunately, a frustrated customer voiced their concerns at the information desk, prompting a helpful lady to step in and expedite the process. To improve card collections during busy times, I would recommend implementing a dedicated desk or offering card delivery services as an alternative solution.☹️

Poorest service ever and too much racism, you need to be an Indian in order for you to have a pleasant experience, I drove over 30 kms per day for 3 days just to open business account. I was always told that the manager is busy with Indian clients and I would come back the following day. I ended up going to another branch.

Very bad service,I went to change my account status.I was there for three hours to get customer care support.I had complaint to mangar,she could not even help with this. So please when you go there think about whole day you need to spend for a query too.

Thank you Sibusiso Mbele, you are the only man who managed to assist me. About 4 branches all failed to update contact details on my account. Great work champ. Next time I see you I will buy you a big coke. By the way the queue was moving very fast.

Very slow and inconsiderate service. I have been with Standard bank for 17 years and this branch will make me cross over to another bank in an instant. Don't waste your time and energy with this place! Pathetic to say the least!

Pathetic service received from standard bank. I deposited cash into my account and my money had been retracted. I am waiting for 4 hours now for my money to reflect and receiving no response.

During lockdown if dont die of the virus you can die of sunstroke. Queues are out the door with no one walking the queue to divide between atm and in branch service.

I stood in that long queue for over a hour and a half, waited 30 min in the branch just to change my cellphone number and it's still not resolved. No good service.
