I moved from out of state and attempted to switch my insurance over to TX. After two weeks of unresponsiveness and piece mailing requests of documents they “needed”, I was told that they could not verify my address, there for not provide insurance. I went searched a different agent on google and called him. With in 2 hours he had my policy switched. It took the agent I went with 2 hours to successfully do something it took Stanley 2 weeks to fail at. Don’t use them, they are a waste of time. Use instead ATX Insurance Agency, they are actually competent and respond.

This is a review on behalf of my mother who doesn’t know how to submit a review: Norma was very rude and unprofessional. She had an attitude when I had questions concerning the insurance policy. It is unfortunate because I did speak with a woman the day before over the phone and was very happy with the customer service however when I came in to get the insurance it was a different employee working and completely different experience. Do not recommend working with Norma.
