Stopped by the Starbucks on San Mateo next to kiva juice to get an ice coffee that iv been craving all day. The person took my order super quick and I pulled around one person in front of me at the window and it took 10 min to get her one drink done and it was a small… I pull up and pay for my drink and the lady at the window walks away 8 min later a young man in short shorts asks what I’m waiting on I told him the iced americano they take the espresso shots that have been sitting there for god knows how long and finished my drink in less than a min and hand me my drink and walk away!!! No hey would you like a straw/ napkins? And can you see the ice in my coffee? Not very happy at all

If you ever want your day ruined by rude employees or your drink made incorrectly, come to this location. Iced Venti chai? You'll probably get a tall coffee. Ordered a frappuccino? You'll probably get iced tea. Ordered a sandwich? You'll somehow probably get a pastry. And the barista will always act like it's your fault or that it's not their problem. Came to this location for my final time today, 1/26, around 5:30. Pretty sure I was rang up incorrectly, and my drink was twice made incorrectly. The barista made it seem like I was the one screwing up, so I just left with the incorrect drink because I have time to deal with the attitude.

I hate giving negative reviews but I feel this one is necessary . I love Starbucks coffee and I am an avid Starbucks customer. But there deal is this location does not have it together. I don’t think I’ve been here and they have ever gotten my order right. Last time they gave me a card to come back and my drink would be on them. I went this morning and waited 30 minutes in the drive thru and got to the window and they handed me two drinks completely the wrong sizes and not the way I ordered them. Hopefully their management can get things in order. I’ll Be finding a new location to get my coffee every morning.

Being a mother of 5, I don't like repeating myself. Especially 3 times to a barista what I would like and having her enter it completely wrong anyway! I had to check my receipt because I knew it was going to be wrong. Sure enough it was! Then having to get my 4 month old out to walk in to have to them "correct" it and it still be wrong!!!! fml I'll drink what I got and head to this funeral now. *Never wanted dark roast. Or equal. And still ended up w a grande. And why you gotta ask for stoppers now? I spilled coffee all over my console.

I absolutely love Starbucks and it is rare that I have a bad experience. While ordering my drink in the driv-thru the lady cut me off and of course messed up my order and responded with "I didn't hear you say that" and then got mad and tried to charge me for her error. The women there did not have their hair neatly put up or clean looking. I don't look for perfection but due to years of food service I expect cleanliness at minimum and that is not at all what I saw today.

I'm one of the 5am crusaders, and the one thing I look forward to is my coffee in the morning. Well when you're waiting for 5+ min to order your coffee, mind you, there was absolutely no one else in line. I finally got frustrated enough drove up to the window and there are 2 people there avoiding any customers. Who ever trained these people needs further training themselves on customer service skills. The poorest customer service I've had from Starbucks yet!

DO NOT GO HERE. UNSANITARY AND RIP YOU OFF IF YOU ASK FOR EXTRA FOAM. Usually love this place, but today lady coughed in her hands then touched top of cup and bag, that just grossed me out. I won't be back to this location. Oh and asked for extra foam says on cup and you gave normal amount....so if I paid for extra unsure if u charge for extra foam you ripped me off as well.

I come in here once a week, and get the same thing every week, have never had a bad experience, even when training the girl is so patient woth the trainees, today was a added surprise I came in like normal, and she new my name, my drink, my requirements for my drink, my food and my requirements for my food.. this place is by far my favorite Starbucks in New Mexico. I live in los lunas by the way so it's not even close.

This is one of our favorite Starbucks locations that we frequent when in Albuquerque. Staff is very professional, orders are completed fast and accurately. Before COVID, it was a great place to sit and have coffee and a snack. Location is very convenient and also has a drive through for those busy days. We look forward to coming back and sitting down for a coffee break when the pandemic is over!

Most of the baristas here are very nice and friendly. however when I had a problem with my drink one morning the barista that helped me (name tag said Dani or Danay) was very rude, disrespectful and very passive aggressive. It was unnecessary. I will go out of my way to avoid this Starbucks on my morning route.

The people who work here, are absolutely the worst tbh. I ordered a latte, and they give it to me as if they freaking dropped it. It was spilled all over the lid and was practically filled 1/4 way. Then I ordered and Vanilla latte and they give me a flat white... you guy need to learn more or something. Anyways, only come here if you’re the 1 out of 5 correct drinks they make

Every time I decide to go to this Starbucks location they always end up messing up my order, any time I confront them and ask them to make it right they get attitude and come up with an excuse as to why they didn’t make it the way I had ordered it. They are suppose to just remake the drink but end up grabbing the drink back and making a mess of it while handing it back

No help with coffee choice, ground my coffee and handed me a mess of a bag and then was rude when I didn't tip, I wonder why I only try Starbucks once every 5-10 years! The mess of a bag I was given continue to destroy the inside of my car and my kitchen when I got home with coffee getting everywhere. Not worth the price at all!

Horrible customer service! Ordered two drinks and they were both wrong, when I politely told them what was wrong with my drink he inturupted me and said they were made right. I asked him to remake them and he then pulled them off the bar, made three other drinks then "fixed" mine but still didn't make them right.

An unexpectedly pleasant experience! I have always received good service here but today all the partners stood out! Pleasant and prompt greeting, drink made perfectly and door held open for me and got a sincere thank you from the partner holding the door open for me. Thank you!

Excellent service from an amazing staff. I had a semi complicated request and they went above and beyond to help fulfill it. I cannot thank the staff enough for making me such an amazing drink. It was a much needed experience. For anyone visiting, consider stopping here!

Hi I wanted to share this but i went today and the staff made you feel welcomed and they tried to build a conversation with everyone that went in and they made you feel comfortable and by the way this is a better store than the one on coors and i-40.

Asked for a an iced espresso with easy ice, my cup was STUFFED full with ice I couldn’t even put my straw in, and also was not offered my receipt. This always happens here, and Definitely do not want to return here nor any other Starbucks location.

Homeless shelter. I come 3 times a week since my office is across the street but employees allow all the homeless in to shower in the bathroom even if they ask for a free water.Never a time you won’t see a homeless person in there. Sad times.

I've traveled to Starbucks around the Country and I couldn't have asked for more congenial people and better service. The Barista and the Cashier Service were both informative pleasant kind. Honestly it was a great experience. Thanks. Be Well

Decent location. Easy to get in-and-out of. sandwich was hot and drink was tasty. Would have been a 5 star but the restaurant seemed a little in disarray with trash on the floor and the restrooms were a little too dirty as well

Guy with beard working the drive thru today had the most infectiously cheerful disposition of any service worker I have ever encountered in Albuquerque. Give this guy a raise! Thank you for the great service!

Saturday 12/18/2019, they were out of the Caramel Bruleee Latte, they did not have their Holiday Blend coffee available in the afternoon, and they were out of coffee stir sticks. Unbelievable!

Baristas very kind and drinks are good, but the music blasting from across the street is so obnoxious. Every time I go to this location, the music from the gas station nearby is deafening.

Bad luck at this location....they fill cups with ice and I always forget to request it light. I hate when i drive off with my car full of kids and my cup is sanity is just frozen water

I ordered an English breakfast tea latte with non-fat milk and one pump of corn syrup. Seriously, it tastes like water!! I can totally make this at home rather than spent $5 on it.....

Coffee and Latte are great but communication is lacking. We’ve got the wrong size of coffee several times after specifying the largest size available but all are extremely courteous!

Barista; Emory, literally gave me the best customer service ever and honestly made me the best drink I’ve ever had in my life. He’s super iconic and tbh they should give him a raise.

I asked for coconut milk in my coffee at the drive-thru and they didn't put it in my coffee. So I spent $4 on a coffee I can't drink. Tell your people to wake up.

I mostly go here for the free coffee grounds for comparing, but the brownies are wonderful even if they are prepackaged and shipped hallway around the country.

Not my favorite Starbucks. Slow and lazy service. The baristas seem more concerned about talking to each other than efficiently filling orders.

It's the culture here. Music is so load I can't hear my headphones. Too loud! It's too warm. Otherwise it is good for the drive through.
