This WAS my go-to location because it’s the closest Starbucks to me but now I’d rather drive further to another Starbucks store. Baristas here are nice, but wow YALL MESS UP MY ORDERS FOR SO MANY TIMES I lost count. NOT THE FIRST OR SECOND TIME that they missed the modifications to the drink or whatsoever. and I don’t have the time nor the patience to go back to the store and wait even longer for y’all to fix my order on my way to work everyday. I just let it slide and let y’all wasted my money on the add-on items that was always missing or mistaken. SERIOUSLY. READ. I understand that it gets busy, I worked as a barista too and it’s not so hard if you really just spare 5 seconds to read the SIMPLE, FEW WORDS of modifications of the drinks. I JUST WANT SOME COFFEE HOW HARD COULD IT BE???

Served me bad oat milk in my drink. When I asked if milk should be clumping, they told me yes and sent me on my way. After googleing if oat milk is suppose to clump, it said...nope... I brought the drink back and they made me another one after push back, but I fear all they did was shake the milk up so I wouldn't see the clumps because I've been sick in the bathroom for the last 13 hours. I live less then 300 ft from this establishment and frequent it once some times twice a week. Because you made me ill, I will now drive to a different location. Be warned, go somewhere else

The morning crew could definitely use some retraining or shadow the afternoon crew on being friendly. They don't look up to even attempt to help and forget about speaking. I don't know what their system is but it doesn't work very effectively considering the drink maker acts as of it's not her role to bag food until it is bought to her attention that orders are just sitting. The night crew is friendly but my only complaint is that for an online order they will still wait to make it once you're there. The whole point in online ordering is for it to be ready with no wait. Biggest point... be mindful of people's time.

This is my go to SBUX, but lately they’ve been slipping and I’m not sure why. Normally do drive-thru but the lines are too long with slow movement. Went inside for my last order and they messed it up, but the place was so out of control and chaotic I didn’t want to make things worse. It looked like either the crew was green, the lead, or a series of unfortunate events must have conspired to sink their ship. I feel bad complaining but this is the second time I’ve waited 20 minutes to get my order and it being wrong. Something odd is going on there.

Convenient location. Although there were limited options, the food was good. Coffees were a little disappointing - ordered holiday drinks and there was hardly any topping (sauce or chips). That paired with one of the longest waits I've ever experienced at a Starbucks made for a less than cheerful visit. That being said, this is a newer location, and the staff wasn't rude or anything. Will probably try again once they've had time to get settled in.

Never fails since this location first opened through this morning every time me and my lady visit this location we receive terrible customer service compared to other locations. It’s really frustrating. This mornings experience consisted of them making my ladies drink wrong and the pictures of my bagel are enclosed No Cream Cheese No Knife and look at the Quality of my Bagel Starbucks is really living up to their standards at this location I’m sure I believe this is just the last straw and experience that we are going to go through at this place..

9:14 Pm had a baby craving for a strawberry refresher with a cheese danish and a chocolate croissant. This is what I received by the time I was drinking it on the way home took four sips of my strawberry refresher and it was done. Full of ice I was so mad and just like 4 strawberry by the time I went back it was already closed I tried calling 9:25 on my way no answer. Was not a good night for me. Very bad service.

great selection of drinks, really kind staff, fast service! had one interaction where i had ordered a 3-4 drinks though drive-thru & while waiting the person at the window asked how my day was! ... wasn't the greatest on my day off from work ^^;) after the small talk, got my drinks and drove away, later saw that they had written "enjoy your days rest! we all need it <3" ...... literally teared up after just that little interaction. thank you to that person!

Never been to a Starbuck where they will not allow me to use my own cup at the drive thru. Starbucks is already a business that produces a lot of plastic waste, and to not allow me to use my own cup at the drive thru is ridiculous. No wonder the planet is littered with plastic waste. I rarely purchase my coffee as is… The one time I decided to indulge on a fancy coffee drink, I am met with such disappointment. Go to Dutch Bros instead. They will get you use your own cup at the drive thru. Never coming to this Starbucks ever again.

I go there all the time every morning but one morning I came in to try something new and it wasn’t what I expected and it’s okay I don’t blame them so I came into the store and asked for a cup or syrup if that’s okay and I would pay for it. I got my cup of syrup but after I got it I walked away saying thank you and the girls in the back were definitely saying “side eye” and laughing continuously and it was just giving mean girl vibes. I don’t feel comfortable over there anymore, so won’t.

We’ve been going to this location for a while. Love how all the Baristas are friendly and greet you with a smile. Recently went in to buy a hot coffee, it was great! Love the convenience of it being close to my work. There is a great variety to choose from. I love the hot tea too. If you download the app you get extra perks. Great location, Excellent customer service. What more can I say?

Overcharged for my drink but at least they made it correctly. They won’t give out the restroom code and have to open the restroom for you, so hopefully the cashier is not busy when you need to go.

Not sure if this happens because of new staff. But the past few times going to this Starbucks I’ve ordered multiple drinks at a time. And 1 out 4 drinks come out good. They don’t taste good at all. And they are all original drinks on the menu. I live so close to this Starbucks. But will definitely be driving to a different location because this happens way to often.

This Starbucks consistently offers a great experience and seems to run like a well-oiled machine. If the drive thru line is long, park in the huge parking lot and walk in for service from a friendly employee.

They close the lobby 3-4 hours before closing hours so if you order ahead at this location you will still have to wait in the drive thru which is always super super long due to the location. But it would be nice if the app didn’t give you the option to say instore pickup if they close the lobby so early

Worst Starbucks in Arizona, I’ve been to at least 20 Starbucks in the state of Arizona and never seen such a bad service like this from the manger and the employees, pure unprofessional with very bad attitude not to mention the disgusting iced vanilla lattes that we had. Very disappointed.

Has be one my new go to when I go for sprouts pickup ..fast and easy, have not waited too long even with more than 4 ahead of me...friendly staff...have not been Inside but the entrance has an inviting message board and open easy with handicapped parking. Recommend when in the area. More

I've been working at a location near this Starbucks for the past couple weeks. Every time I go to this location the drive thru line is soo long but they never fail to get everyone through super quick. Also, everyone at this location is so nice. I love it!

Horrible, staff too busy chatting to complete your order! My mobile was to be completed by 650 am it's now 7 and nothing. I had to leave without my order and with the loss of my money! Thanks Starbucks!

As much as I love this place, when they're open. They randomly close early too often. I rely on my Starbucks to get me through my night shift, and it's a massive let down to my entire night to pull up at 8:15 and the drive through is blocked.

Since Starbucks likes to promote and fund jen-o-cide, there are much better coffee options nearby. Scooter coffee is right up the street but my fav place also up the street is CopperStar Coffee at 4220 N 7th Ave.

This location is really bad on updating their app and Google hours. Make sure you keep that in mind if you are making the drive. This honestly drives me crazy so I try to avoid this location if I can.

Very convenient to our schedule as it is open at 4 am. Some of us are up this early to get the day started with our daily and much needed coffee. Clean, accessible and the staff if always friendly.

Service was very bad, took 15 minutes for iced coffee while three staff did nothing but act busy & talk to co-workers. Only 2 customers cam in while I was waiting but doing job not priority here.

It was certainly BUSY, being 1st day with Holiday cups/drinks. Baristas had a great attitude and even though the store had a line, they were friendly and apologetic about the wait.

This location is the worst. Always out of stock of everything. And when they are in stock, I play a 50/50 game of my order tasting good and being nasty and not on point

I’ll be great if you can improve the internet speed and stabilise it. The place is really good to sit and work. Again, the internet speed is the only problem so far.

Lobby closes at 7PM and drive thru is usually packed making for a longer wait than usual. I think management is not staffing enough people.

Isaac working the morning on 11/2 gave superb service and I greatly appreciated his ability to help me figure out my birthday reward on my phone.

Friendly people and was a great spot to get some work done when I was waiting for a meeting nearby.

This Starbucks is trash on top of the fact that they take forever to give you a water down drink.
