While I've been enjoying the convenience of this location and it's drive thru on my way to work, I don't think I'll be returning. I've been ordering pumpkin spice white mochas for a few years now when they're in season and have purchased them at many locations. This morning I went back and forth with the gentlemen through the drive thru while ordering. I did not intend for my drink order to turn into an argument but it ended with him letting me know that I was wrong and there was no such drink. Working in the service industry I can tell you that there are a million different solutions other than telling a customer that they're wrong. I would just like to know that I am receiving what I'm paying for.

This was by far the worst starbucks experience ever. Horrible iced mocha latte, luke warm , few ice cubes , barely mixed. Also orderd hot chocolate that was not hot by any means. Baristas not friendly, slow as anything. Fyi, before you spend your hard earned money. Baristas need more training. Very unhappy customer

Great store.. nice sitting areas and good service. There is a drive thru so it seems like most people are using that vs coming in..

100% satisfied every time, staff is nice, always get my order right and occasionally suggest things when I debate on what to order. I love how they ask me about my day while you wait for coffee or food.

My favorite place for nighttime people watching. You can sit outside long after Starbucks closes & enjoy star gazing or conversation with a loved one & watch the world pass by. Very relaxing.

I refuse to call a small coffee a Vente. Starbucks thinks it can just port Italian, to justify their prices. Food is NEVER good.

I love this little Starbucks in Safeway. The staff are great and the drinks are always right on.

A nice place to grab a cup - & then you can shop, if ya need to.

The coffee cake was too crumbly when warmed up, get it cold.
