From a happy customer and her (revived) favourite couch! I was beyond grateful and truly refreshed by the excellent level of customer service I recently received from Stars Furnishings. I bought my favourite couch from them nearly three years ago and during a very rushed and recent move to a new suburb I carelessly broke one of its legs. Mending the leg myself wasn't helping the situation, and I wasn't winning at trying to source a replacement from hardware stores either. As my last resort, I contacted Star Furnishings and put them in the picture. I wasn't for a minute expecting any luck, since I'd bought the couch from them so long ago. Within minutes I received a response to say that they had plenty of leg replacements in stock for my couch, and that due to the "inconvenience caused" (which was entirely not their fault) I could come and collect one, free of charge!! While these post-lockdown times are not at all easy for businesses, there's a lot to be said for this kind of service. Thank you, Star Furnishings. We recently discovered Stars Furnishings and placed our first order with them. Excellent experience from order through to delivery!! Lina at Stars Furnishings as an absolute gem!!! She knows her product, is professional, efficient and friendly. We purchased a custom made Emma couch with Ottoman which is quality build, perfectly stitched, comfortable and beautiful. We also purchased a new washing machine on the website which is updated daily!! Delivery instructions excellent- arrived on time with super communication via WhatsApp. They also had the couch ready for us a day before the delivery in order for us to come view! Stars have very good prices for the better quality furniture than the known retailers, to top that, they have excellent service and assistance -  definitely sometimes that's hard to come a cross. Good day, I bought a JVC television on Saturday the 2April 2022, yesterday the 6 April 2022, while watching TV, the TV just went white, no picture or sound. I took it in earlier, WOW, I got a sarcastic lady, comparing humans to television sets. I asked if I can get a new TV and they simply said no. It must go back to the supplier, etc.... I would recommend people to go buy their tv's at your Makro or Game or any other retailer, as there, a person really get what you paying for. Also, I asked for the owner, but to no availability. I'll see after a week what's going to happen I bought the TV for my parents, now I just wonder if I'm gonna get my money back, as my dad does not want a 2nd hand TV. It's my first time and last time purchasing there. It just baffled my mind how a sales person could be so sarcastic with a customer. And to think, I still wanted to buy a front loader and bed there.

I am absolutely BLOWN AWAY by Stars. Firstly, Lina is a PLEASURE to deal with. She is friendly, responsive and helpful and clearly knows her business. Their product pricing is exceptional for the quality. After I visited the showroom, Lina provided fabric samples for me to take home. Thereafter, everything was done on WhatsApp, including instant invoicing. Lina was more than happy to customise a standard sofa with two long cushions instead of the standard three - at a lower price When she said it would take about a week, I was actually expecting the usual two or three weeks, and yet just a week later our beautifully-made, good quality sofa was delivered, at the exact time they had promised. This young couple (Lina and her husband) are clearly hard-working and truly understand CUSTOMER SERVICE. They deserve huge success.

If I could, I would give more stars! Not only were we greeted by friendly faces when we went to look at couches, we were guided into making the best decision to meet both our needs and our budget! I was thoroughly impressed by the fast and efficient service we received when it came to making our couches. When they were delivered to our home, I was again greatly impressed by the quality of the couches as well as the helpfulness received by the driver. Lena also assisted us with selling some unwanted goods. The whole process of going from old to new was made so easy for me! Im sooo happy with my couch, its extremely comfy and super solid not wiggly like Mr Price (only other mainstream competitor in their price range) couches. Also they literally offer the best prices as I have been doing research and wanted to buy a couch for the longest time and for the end product the price tag is fabulous. Lina knows a great deal and she is happy to help and offers to customise your couch in any configuration you want (from materials, to stuffing, to shape and size foot design etc). We ordered our couch on Monday and they finish designing it and constructing it by last night and delivered it this morning. I truly recommend anyone wanting to buy new couch to first check them out....

I'm so lucky that I found this place, It was a pleasure working with Lina as my couches design was supposed to cost me around 36K but with Lina I got the same couches with the best material for almost half the price, what I liked about this place they don't want to make money only but they will advise you if you choose the wrong material, they have very good experience, even tho my order was delayed for 1 day but lina was in contact with me the whole time and apologize for the delay, I don't think other places will do this, If there is option for more than 5 star I would give it.

I have been following Stars for a few years and waited for the right time to order my couch. Once I saw the new ‘Chanel’ couch, I had to have it. My first contact with Karolena was via whatsapp where she shared the sizes, colours, layouts and examples of the Chanel. Bought my couch recently and really in love, the quality and designs are absolutely beautiful. I live in an apartment complex 2 levels up and when the delivery service came they have no issues getting the couch into the tight areas. The couch was also unbalanced and the guys did not leave until they got the couch balanced and made sure we were happy with the results.

Took my couch to Stars Firnishings for refurbishment On 17th July. From the first day, I was update daily on progress status, until the job was completed on 21 July.
