The worst bank ever I have seen (SBI Jigani Branch). Especially the Bank Manager have no control with his subordinates and zero idea about the customer handling as well..Purely incompetent for the role he is currently handling. There is a SBI housing loan agent name called Mr.Prasanna, who doesn't have the basic knowledge of bank/loan proceedings but the incompetent branch manager is happily working with incompetent loan staff. If anybody asks about the loan related doubt both the SBI officials will redirect to RACPC koramangala. Ultimately customers are jokers for them. Better pl don't open any bank /Loan account in this branch.

The worst bank has seen in my life. Totally unorganised and chaotic looks like fish market. One of the reason have closed bank locker and FD. Manager operations lacks skills to manage the branch.

Worst bank I’ve ever seen.. don’t take home loan from this branch.. they will take 3-4 months to process it and nobody will respond over phone or email.

I visit two times and submitted documents for kyc and send email also but no one responding

Too slow service Need to wait for too long
