Few days back, I went there to recovery my money from my account because I lost my ATM.. I met a lady manager, who was very helpful...I was so happy for that lady manager because I had opened my account in Bhubaneswar. They don't have permission to allow money for us but she contacted her senior from other branch and finally I got Money. Thank you very much for your help..

Such a waste branch. I Wonder why did I open an account with them. There is BIG FAT Lady sitting in the cash counter.She is such a waste. I was in urgent need of cash I was There at 3.30pm.I Requested her but she did not give cash .I pray god will punish her and she will also face same crisis when she would be in desperate need of something.”Hate u Fat Lady”

The bank employee doesn't know what is a multi city cheque. They directly said we cannot use tht cheque. That old lady must undertake some advance training by SBI to update herself and her knowledge. This is How SBI train its employees.

Not sure why did they open this branch. People are so reluctant to do any work. Everyday their printer doesn't work. If you ask for any service the employee here will direct you to other nearest branch.
