We parked there to spend the day in the old city and to take a ride on the ferry to Levis. The morning attendant was super friendly and helpful, although I was disappointed the app didn't work so have to pay the full $20 instead of the discount rate stated on the website. This attendant specifically told us that the machine doesn't issue a ticket receipt and it's okay because our license plate is registered. Well when we got back in the afternoon, the attendant working there (different person) rudely told us that we should have had a ticket showing on our dash. I tried to tell him that we were told we don't need one by his colleague, and we literally have no ticket because the machine doesn't issue one. This guy just kept arguing saying I don't understand what he's saying and telling me I should read the fine print on the back of the ticket (that I don't have). Indigo management: train your employees, or fix your machines, and fix your app while you're at it.

We booked and paid ahead online with the Indigo app and got the confirmation/pass. Once we got to the parking, there was a « full » sign and the employer on site said the online booking (even with the payment) was no guarantee of getting a spot. Makes no sense at all, awful service. Luckily there was a spot that the guy had not seen and we could park but otherwise we would have struggled. On avait fait une réservation en ligne via l’application d’Indigo. C’était payé à l’avance rt on avait reçu la confirmation. Quand on est arrivé au parking, le préposé a dit que la réservation en ligne ne garantit pas une place même si on avais déjà payé. Ça n’a aucun sens. Heureusement il y avait une place dans le parking mais très mauvais service.

Be careful about being scammed as tourists. Today I parked my car on this parking lot, dropped off my passengers and paid 20$ on the machine. It took for 4-5 mins to go through this. The lady who works there was watching me the whole time. As soon as I paid she walked towards me and said "here is for the employees only and there is no parking spot for them" and made me to move my car and said she can not paid me back. When I said if this is only for employee's only why there is paying machine, the answer was "that is not my problem". BTW there were plenty empty spots.

The parking price on Place Champlain in Indigo website and the indigo app are totally incorrect and misleading. The drive in parking price on Indigo website says $20 incl taxes for 24 hrs overnight and downloaded app for a total of 5 consecutive days is $50. However, I can't select 5 consecutive days parking on the app, ended up paying drive-in rate $110 for 5 days. Indigo, please update your website and app !!!

The attendant was so friendly and helpful despite my mediocre French skills. Without a doubt the nicest and most helpful parking attendant I've ever met! Parking lot was perfectly situated in Lower Town. Rates were much more reasonable than the parking ticket I got earlier in the day in upper town...

This is right outside the Traverse ferry so very convenient. However I got here at 7.30pm but they charge for 8 hrs/$15cad even though I only planned to be there for a couple of hours so the 3*.

Haut lieux du tourisme, architecture datant de Champlain. Excellent restaurant offrant une cuisine digne de ce nom. Celà part du petit Champlain, une rue magique de part le cachet historique.

Una buena opción para aparcar si vas al centro, esta muy cerca, 15 C$ el día en fin de semana y 20 C$ en días laborables. Es exterior y es muy pequeño, creo que se puede reservar.

Tout ce que je peux dire de cet endroit: c'est très beau le vieux Québec. Nous avons marchés pas mal et surtout nous avons essayés le système de vélo électrique Bixi. Super le fun

Super stationnement à étages qui est super bien situé, il est en face du musée de la civilisation et tous près du petit Champlain

Proche de tout et donc pratique, prix honnête, personnel indigo très gentil et disponible. A recommander pour visiter Québec.

À proximité du vieux Québec, le prix du stationnement est raisonnable. Vous serez proche des attractions touristiques.

The lady at gate was awesomely helpful. It is a well located parking spot for strolling the old Quebec city.
