Generally a really good experience with Statons. The purchasing process was very smooth and they worked well to mediate between us and seller to reach a deal quickly and then deliver on the transaction (which exchanged within 8 weeks). Towards the end they were also did good to manage communications between solicitors that helped get us over the line. We left the property after the first viewing under the impression that solar panels after the estate agents’ representations but it transpired this feature was missing when we got the exchange pack through. A minor flaw that an otherwise more prudent buyer would have picked up on or requested formal confirmation for in the process - but generally a very good experience.

The team at Totteridge went above and beyond to sell my house with ease and confidence. They have fantastic communication skills and make what is a stressful process extremely comfortable and easy.
