Great location, perfect for what we needed. Easy to get into the CBD on the tram, or explore the local area with a walk along the Merri Creek or a visit to the restaurants and other delights along Lygon St, Nicholson St and surrounds. The apartment was really comfortable with all the amenities you could need, very comfortable and had great views across to the CBD and surrounding areas. Although we didn't need it, having a secure parking space downstairs is a useful feature, as was having a washing machine and dryer - very useful for longer stays!

Fantastic stay here. Amazing views of Melbourne CBD from one of the balconies and towards the east from the other spacious balcony. This apartment has all the facilities you could want and is very comfortable. The location is superb being so close to the tram to CBD and easy walking distance to a range of superb restaurants in Lygon St. Highly recommended.

We spent about two months in this beautiful apartment. Our stay went very well, and apart from a few small technical problems, we are very satisfied. The apartment is modern and has everything you need to spend time in melbourne. It has two beautiful balconies overlooking the city and is close to parks and services. We appreciate management's assistance and hope to return again soon.
