Bloody aweful. 1 guy was told he can't have egg because they can't cook it. I asked for coffee, and to put my own milk. After about 7 minutes I got my coffee, with a gallon of milk in it. I didn't even bother to wait to get my refund.

The staff was extremely nice and food great. The establishment was clean also.

Decent place for a quick, on the go bite, but you basically know what you're getting when you order fast-food and this was no different. They did a decent burger but their chips were a bit soft and the portions weren't great.

Never been a Steers fan, but after today Steers will never see me again, it took them 45 min for 2 snack ribs and 1 chicken snack burger. When I opened burger it was a a small piece of chicken not even covering the bun.

Travling down to margate this is must stop for us staff very friendly clean store and the breakfast and the coffee was tops

Disgusting service. Customers need to be treated better and more efficiency is needed. Imagine waiting 20 minutes for your food which you can see food and they actually say the words "we won't assist you"

The service is disgusting, was served by Sinenhla who was rude and had an attitude.The tables have dirt on them.and the white chairs have dirt marks, guess the service at the Ultracity is not a priority.

service absolutely pathetic waited 15 Min without getting a waiter to respond to my calls for service. got up and left. manager should send them to wimpy for some training on customer service

Facilities are great and staff are very friendly. Compliance to COVID-19 protocols could however be improved. For instance, nobody monitors customers at the entrance

The staff and service was actually great. The rest of the drunk clientele were a pain to deal with. Avoid during any rush hours or Fridays in general.

Atmosphere was great, friendly staff and service was quick. The smokey taste seems to be disappearing from the meals, not sure the reason for this.

A lady by the name of Nduduzo she's bad for this brand hence I had to drive another 100 plus kilometers to get another steers in portshepstone

Not pleased at all i asked for crispy steers fries instead i got out of shape and tired type of fries. I wasn't pleased at all.

Clean, cool and comfortable stop with the Steers promise of freshly made food. They complied with all the Covid regulations.

When you get the food.... It doesn't look like the steers you find everywhere else but it's a nice place.

The place is in a garage at Umgababa along N2. Covid 19 regulations are maintained and allows sit in.

Awesome place to stop while traveling long distance. Just the place to freshen up and grab bite …
