They've been great every time I've visited but they are closed today and it's almost 9am on a Tuesday and though weather conditions are poor, I easily made it here from about 20 miles west on 290 with no issues. Just find it ridiculous that the people that want all your money aren't even willing to try to open for business so that the people that entrusted them with all of their hard earned money can even cash a check to buy groceries. At least I know not to count on allegiance if things get icey again.

Had to close my accounts down today due to be harrased by the new employees of Stellar bank. I've been a member long before stellar took over. Never had any problems until the take over. Had multiple employees call me asking where every single dollar came from. I bank with multiple banks and never felt so harrased before. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Horrible customer service! First my husband were there to cash his check and they took like twenty minutes to cashed. Then , he noticed that he got the wrong cash and someone else ID. He told to them, and they took like 30 minutes to get the his ID (identification card)and the money ! Only two customers at the drive-thru!! …

Came in at 4:50 to open a business account. The teller/banker, Shaunte, stayed well after 5pm until the account was opened up. I truly appreciate her customer service! Looking forward to banking with Allegiance!
