I clearly informed the company of the problem I had with pictures, I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment, I had to make available my neighbour under their request AND move around my entire work schedule to accommodate the time they offered me - only for their contractor to come in for 30 seconds and say he cannot help me and he could already see that he wouldn't be able to from the email and pictures provided prior. WHY would you not tell me this ahead of time and NOT COME AT ALL?? I tried to call the Manager to address it further and she didn't even have the decency of returning my call!

I understand that with recent CT storms they were very busy, however after confirming my repair date and a three week waiting period (after I paid the deposit) they forgot to put me on their schedule. Then on the rescheduled date when I was told to expect them between 9am and 9:30am I had to call at 9:45 to check where they were, only to be told they were only coming at 12:00. Another full day off work for me. If you decide to use them I strongly recommend many follow up/confirmation phone calls or emails as they are pretty disorganized.

As a customer since 2016, I have only ever received exceptional OVER AND ABOVE service from Stephen Jones - they have worked on my entire roof (inside and out), garage flat roof and my external outhouse buildings over the years - always on time, professional, knowledgeable and proactive in their approach - I can only highly recommend them to anyone!!
