I always bring my 08 Equinox to Steve and Rick for all my repairs. These guys are truly honest and fair, know what they're doing and have great rates. I think my first work done was changing my spark plugs and flushing the injection system (at my request). I broke my signal indicator so it wouldn't turn off automatically and they also repaired that quickly and perfectly when I brought my Chevy in. I think the last job I had them do was change my brake pads and rotors and just like with my spark plugs they installed the aftermarket Bosh components I brought them (after confirming that they were the correct parts for the vehicle). I strongly recommend them and I know they don't have the size and capacity of some of the competition but for me, it's worth the call and booking an appointment. My truck broke down and wouldn't start. A friend told me to call Steve & Rick's as he heard good things about this place. I called and Steve answered and I told him what had happened. I asked if I could tow it to their shop and he said yes(even though they were busy with other vehicles). I brought it by and it needed a new battery (had original 12 year old battery in it, 2006 Dodge Dakota). It took them less than 30 to give me a call and said it was ready. It had a new quality battery installed. Thanks to both of these guys I was up and running and able to pick up my kids from school without any issues with my truck. They saved the day They were polite, had great customer service, and quick service. The price was cheap/fair. Very hard to trust certain mechanics nowadays but these two are trustworthy. I would recommend to friends and family for sure.

Had such a wonderful first time experience at Steve and Ricks! My car started to make a horrible noise on Monday night so I called first thing on Tuesday (based off the other good reviews) and was able to get my car in first thing that morning. I had a laundry list of things wrong with my vehicle.. Steve took the time to explain everything to me in detail and was extremely kind and honest about the repairs. Steve went above and beyond to have my vehicle back to me the next day as he knew I relied on my vehicle to get myself and my son around. Highly recommend!! We've been very happy with the service at Steve & Rick's. Both are very friendly and tell you straight if something is worth fixing or not. Our last car was having serious issues and we wanted to find a new mechanic, as we didn't trust our last one. We found Steve & Rick's with glowing reviews and took it in. They said they could fix our car but that it wasn't worth it to keep it on the road. We've been going to them since with our new car as well as our secondary vehicle. Steve & Rick are honest with you and very fair. They also stand by their warranties.

Amazing - If I could give 6 stars I would!! I had recurring issues with my vehicle & visited my dealership 3 times before I was referred to Steve & Rick's by a friend. I couldn't believe the honest, caring service I was granted. Steve diagnosed & repaired the misfire my dealership had missed, explained everything under the hood upon pick up, and followed up a few days later to ensure all was well. If you need a professional and knowledgeable mechanic, don't go anywhere else.
