Never again. Had major service, wheel bearings replaced, amongst other repairs done over 20k. The work done was acceptable... but they messed up a gearbox sensor, when I questioned this I was told "we didn't touch the gearbox" and they refused to accept responsibility, ended up having to replace 2 sensors at R6k from dealers.

Very disappointed, took my Jeep for a timing belt and water-pump to be fitted, got a quote in advance which was nothing special but they are "round the corner"'Got a phone call 2hrs into the job to say they had under-quoted by 6hrs, just another R3k on the bill. Didn't give the go-ahead and won't be going back,...ever.

I have not been a customer of Steves Auto Clinic Kyalami before. I needed assistance with something small (not small to me) and they graciously assisted me. Their service and customer service was top notch, with a smile and not forced. I will definitely become a regular customer of theirs.
