This company submitted the report at VCAT, we chose to go to VCAT we have many emails that we chose not to talk to the company as we said we would go to VCAT. I urge everyone to do the same that experiences bullying they did not get what they wanted as they did not have the evidence because there was none! Instead provided a report unrelated. They held three inspections during the time before lease ended. The only mistake from the tenant was to allow them to do so before end of lease when carpets were cleaned and tenant exited. Please if you use this company do not allow yourself to trust them. As you need everything in writing their word is useless as they will not be truthful. I am a landlord myself, I would never treat a person they way they have. I dismissed an agent who played the same bullying game with a tenant of ours. I am fair, I donot believe in using bullying tactics. My name is supplied, people who know me understand that I speak the truth. I do not see a reason why to submit tenants name when you have bullied them enough that is why I chose to assist. The outgoing condition report was better than the incoming report! Would have been good if you provided the correct reports in the tribunal! AGAIN, I was not taken to VCAT? does the truth hurt. Please supply your name? I have, I am not hiding behind a non name.

I have rented with these agents when I was 19 and didn’t know much about renting, now I am looking into buying I thought Id give the agents another look and taking from all the fake reviews and attempts on saving what I call the worst reputation on the realestate market. Since I had been able to resolve my issues by taking to their manager I didn’t find it necessary to post it here but seeing nothing has changed I would recommend anyone to stay away from Mario and Alex. Unprofessional is an understatement. If anyone is the scroll down on reviews and read their replies that should make my reasons obvious however I will go into detail. These guys had every trick on the book including screaming, swearing, hiding paperwork (despite having had proof against them) sending two notices of eviction at the same time instead of resolving issues they went straight to kicking people out. Clearly management sees no issues with the team being disrespectful and unethical seeing those two still in the business. All I can do is recommend people to stay out of their way and feel sorry for those who has crossed paths.

Stockdale & Leggo Bundoora have managed our rental property for 30 years and in that time we have had consistently excellent service. No matter who the property manager was the service was always of a very high standard. In that time we have also dealt with Paul Boffa and he has provided professional, excellent and high quality service each and every time. The sale process from start to end was very well handled and achieved an excellent sales result. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with them. They never respond to the emails inspite of constant follow ups. I have recently left one of the properties managed by them, but the procedure after leaving the property is not at all good. The property manager doesn't even know who is she addressing in the email, she addressed me as other person in the email, i'm not sure even if she read the email properly. Also, I've been waiting from three weeks to get my bond since I left the property, which is not appropriate as per the standard norms. Not at all professional or proactive towards the tenant's issues or problems. Would not recommend to anyone.

Once I got in contact with her she was quick to help me organise what needed to be done prior to renting out my unit. She organised the cleaner, gardener etc to get my unit ready for tenants to move in. At the time the market was very slow. Alex went over and above to get my house rented. I now have tenants in my unit and everything is running smoothly. Alex always replies to any questions or concerns I have very promptly and has very professional manner. I have been renting my residential townhouse via Stockdale and Leggo Bundoora for the last 5 years. Alex, the agent, I primarily dealt with has always been professional and prompt to respond to emails and organise any repairs or maintenance. Finding new tenants especially during covid was never an issue. Tenants always paid on time and left the residence in good condition. I came back to them this year for another contract here in Melbourne due to the level of service I received previously. Very upsetting agent that I had. Alicia De Angelis I really thought she was a very nice person. Evicted me by the landlords orders and did not even inform me. Evicted me with no substantial evidence. Then claimed that I did not clean the place. Also mentioned that the house smells of smoke, which is an utter lie. Never responds promptly to any messages, calls or emails. Will never ever engage myself with this company.

Irresponsible, completely madness, have an issue with the water in the property and they took 3 months after dozen of emails and calls before sending someone to fix it. Now the water bill is seriously high, then pretending like they don't know and completely ignore their customers when we send request for compensation. Worst real estate agent, Never and would not recommend anyone to work with them again.

Mark Pipolo was a pleasure to deal with. Courteous and respectful, he was able to access literally dozens of people to inspect our property. The auction was a big success, with over 50 people in attendance, and 7 people bidding. Thanks to the professionalism of both Mark and auctioneer Paul Boffa the eventual sale price exceeded all expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

I've rented from Stockdale and Leggo for two years and while the staff are friendly and helpful, their management leaves much to be desired. Important paperwork such as the bond repayment forms or required lease alterations mysteriously vanished or were never followed up on, and attempts to rectify this were met with curt assurances that only we were at fault. I cannot recommend their service.

Truly unprofessional they gave me the wrong keys and by the time I reached my house there office was closed and when I called them on Saturday they asked me to wait till Monday apart from that the person on call was extremely rude and irritated and doesn't have manner to talk his name was Paul also my property manager never met me, she most of the times didn't pickup calls.

On 4.8.21, my partner, Lou and I arranged a private inspection with Cody Botteril of Stockdale & Leggo, Bundoora of a property in Bundoora.  He is very cheerful, helpful and approachable.  Cody is efficient, has great communication skills and an indepth  knowledge of the local property market. We found him to be a great property management agent and highly recommend him.
