A few days ago, I visited the Stone Island store in Venice, and I had an exceptional shopping experience. I had previously been to this store and was captivated by a stunning pink rain jacket. Unfortunately, when I went there with my partner to purchase the jacket, I discovered that the pink color was sold out. However, luck was on my side as I encountered a remarkable saleswoman named Romina, who offered to place an order for me and ensure that my desired color would be available the next day. Romina, the salesperson, not only introduced me to alternative colors of the same jacket but also devoted ample time to present numerous models and a variety of different colors. Her assistance allowed me to make a well-informed decision. Eventually, I purchased a different color that resonated even more with me, and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Furthermore, Romina's professionalism and exceptional service truly impressed me. She is undeniably one of the best salespersons I have encountered in recent years, and I am highly appreciative of the outstanding assistance she provided. Undoubtedly, Stone Island is a renowned and high-quality brand, but it is the presence of dedicated and skilled salespersons like Romina that elevates the joy of shopping from this brand. I will definitely continue to shop at this Stone Island branch in the future and enthusiastically recommend it to others.

Visited Venice a couple of weeks ago and as a massive stone island fan I had to stop in. For me, the designs, dyeing processes, research and passion that Stone Island puts into their clothes is what draws me to the brand and of course the store when I had the opportunity to visit. I couldn't be more happy with the friendly and passionate sales people I encountered during my visit. They were so patient with me, even bringing many similar pieces and designs for me to try on while I decided what I wanted to purchase. Also, I felt absolutely no pressure at all while trying things on. I ended up purchasing two jumpers and couldn't be more happy with my purchases. Fantastic prices as well! Thank you to the wonderful sales team for all their help and fantastic service. I would HIGHLY recommend stopping in if you're in Venice!

Il negozio è bello, non fornitissimo perché piccolo ma carino. Io sono entrata con i miei figli che con i soldi ricevuti per il compleanno volevano comprarsi una maglietta e un paio di pantaloni. Ho trovato i commessi (erano tutti maschi) abbastanza sgarbati (trattandosi forse di 2 sbarbatelli) con poca voglia di servire ed anche annoiati! Capisco siano abituati ad altri budget e che 600€ non siano nulla ma al giorno d’oggi il cliente è molto importante anche se non spende niente, magari ritorna e soprattutto non sappiamo mai chi abbiamo di fronte...come dire, l’abito non fa il monaco!! Date un po’ più di considerazione a questi ragazzini, saranno loro il nostro futuro!

Travelled to Venice for my birthday and was walking through the shops just behind Piazza San Marco and walked into Stone Island. Vanni and Carlotta the store assistants were very helpful and they allowed me to try many different items on and to even take photos so I knew of sizes and colour preferences for future reference. In the end I did purchase a jumper and was very satisfied with the service they provided, couldn’t recommend more.

Complimenti sinceri, soprattutto alla ragazza mora molto carina che mi ha seguito e consigliato sugli acquisti. Grazie davvero per la disponibilità e pazienza. Sabato 4 marzo, sono tornato per un giubbino primaverile e come sempre Marco e Romina si sono fatti in quattro per seguirmi. È sempre un piacere entrare in un negozio. Complimenti.

La mia Brand preferita in assoluto Trovo il negozio molto carino ,piccolo ma ben fornito Due piani ben disposti I’ll staff é gentile ,ed’é preparato a consigliarti al meglio Se non hanno il capo nella taglia richiesta te lo fanno arrivare in pochi giorni Consiglio di visitarlo anche perché è situato a due passi da piazza San Marco.

Ottima esperienza! Lo store, adiacente a piazza San Marco è fornito e molto bello. Suddiviso su 2 piani ben organizzati gli amanti del marchio e non possono trovare una vasta scelta di prodotti, il tutto servito da personale gentile e super preparato.

Recensisco negativamente non per il locale, che di per sé è carino, ma per il personale che mi ha chiesto di uscire dal locale perché ero lì per guardare e non per comprare (durante il drop Supreme x Stone Island). Sconsiglio vivamente

Grande ma poco fornito . Mi parlavano in inglese come se fossi un turista … ti vengono dietro come avvoltoi… ovviamente ho acquistato, ma preferisco di gran lunga lo store di Forte dei Marmi
