Avoid this place at all costs. If your doctor wants to send your compound prescription to Stonegate, request them for a different pharmacy instead. Avoid Stonegate at all costs. This place is a disaster. Dr McGrath sent my prescription here. Every time I needed a refill, it was an exercise in patience. If you call them, no one answers. They give you a voice prompt saying submit refill requests online. I submitted online. Nothing happened. Waited for weeks then called. Finally got a hold of someone and he said, oh, I don't have your payment info. Duh! Your online refill request form doesn't have any payment option. Today I called for a refill. After a long wait time, someone answers. She says she is not able to process any refill. She is an outsourced phone agent who is not even in the pharmacy. Are you kidding me! How do I get my refill? Oh! You can email us? No thank you. I finally gave up and called Dr. McGrath office. They are sending my prescription to a different pharmacy. Thank You. Hopefully this will be the end of me dealing with Stonegate. We hear so much about independent pharmacies complaining about loss of business due to chains like Walgreens. I want to support such local businesses, but get your act together. Looks like this pharmacy has been a clown show for a while now. They have had multiple complaints and lawsuits filed against them, and multiple citations due to improper compounding. Compounding is loosely regulated, so you won't even know if the pharmacy made a mistake and put the wrong meds or doses. Do yourself a favor and avoid Stonegate.

The quality of my compounded medication is great. I have been a customer for over a year now just to fill a particular medication but I was disappointed today. Two days ago my medication was called in and it wont be ready until Tuesday which is a long time. They were out of an ingredient, have I known within these past two days I would of cancelled and went somewhere else. The guy I spoke with also tried to ask me what I used this medication for and if I was going to be okay without it until Tuesday. Not sure if this is a HIPPA violation but the question was irrelevant since they couldn't fill it anyway or give me a partial. Plus there are no Pharmacy managers available on Fridays to speak with, this could of been handled differently.

Now this pharmacy in San Antonio has made a great impression!!! 6 Stars out of 5! The Stonegate in Austin should take a lesson from them! They must be using Lean Six Sigma because in less than about an hour they compounded my medication and had it mailed out!!’ Amazing! It will be here today in less than 24 hours since I called it in!!!! They answer the phone as well, no talking to an answer service that only takes messages and says we’ll get back to you in 72 hours. No watching your mailed prescription on USPS app waiting for it to get to the post office for days. STONEGATE AUSTIN should take some training from San Antonio Stonegate!!!

This is an amazing pharmacy and they do a spectacular job considering the demand for the medications they supply. They provide excellent service and on the rare occasion when there is an issue, I have been blown away by the kindness and personal service I received. I have spent most of my life in customer service and am not easy to please. Thank you Stonegate Pharmacy for all you do!

After waiting all day for a delivery, received a message at 5:30 pm that meds would still arrive that day. Meds were never delivered. We’re very disappointed; there was there was communication, no explanation. We called the following day to ask what was going on. We were told, “We don’t know…”. We’re going to pick up the meds ourselves today. Don’t count on this pharmacy to deliver.

I find that the Stone Gate pharmacy staff are efficient, professional, and very kind. I never have to guess if my prescription is ready because they call as soon as it’s ready. They also call to inform me when it’s due for a refill. Kudos to the staff! Great job!

I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. I waited over a month and half for a prescription and they day it was to be delivered, the driver marked it unable to deliver. No attempt to contact me. Horrible customer service.

Wonderful compounding pharmacy for hormone replacement, Biote was expensive and unpredictable. I love that Stonegate are on top of refills, offer a 3 month supply, and free shipping. Couldn’t be a better option out there.

Not your typical pharmacy! I was impressed by the modern "retro" feel I got as soon as I walked in. Staff was super helpful and involved in making their next customer happy - I could tell everyone enjoyed working there.

Love the staff Mario has been our family's pharmacist for years, the pharmacy has lost more then your usual pharmacy. They do compounding and flavoring of meds, which is a plus for the kids.

Very hard working team. They are incredibly knowledgeable about medications and have answered many of my questions. If you are looking for a compounded prescription, this is where it's at.
