The easiest form of getting to Bruges from Charleroi airport in my opinion was traveling with Flibco. The bus stop is right in front of the building of the airport, very easy to find it and then the bus stop in Bruges is also close to the center, right by the train station. There were no problems during the journey, the bus was clean and we set off approximately at the time we were meant to (14:00 / 2 pm), there were no big delays and we got to Bruges just a few minutes later than we were supposed to. I recommend buying tickets in advance - then you can get a one way ticket for around 15 euros, which is quite a good deal - since this is a direct bus, no transfer is needed (if I am right there is no other direct bus or train to Bruges). But the prices can be quite high, so keep that in mind - you might pay the same amount of money for a return ticket as you paid for your flight if flying low-cost.

We pre purchased a return ticket for two people. This was easy on the app. There was a huge queue for the bus at the airport. We waited approx 50mins to get on a bus to the centre of Brussels. The bus was comfy, but unfortunatly, the driver seemed to have no idea where he was going. He appeared to get us lost, and proceeded to drive dangerously whilst loading a sat nav app on his phone to try to get back on track (twice!!) The bus weaved over motorway white lines and braked suddenly for cars in front etc. I was glad when we got off alive. I was not looking forward to the return journey, and would have found an alternative had we not purchased the return ticket. In the UK this driver would lose his job for this. Very unprofessional. If you value your life, consider a different driver. I've included his picture incase your worried.

PESSIMO! Prenoto una navetta door2gate per le ore 12:30 poiché il mio volo prevedeva l’atterraggio alle 11:50. Purtroppo abbiamo 25 minuti di ritardo. Alle 12:20 contatto l’autista comunicandogli che sto recuperando la valigia - la regola di flibco prevede 5 minuti di ritardo. Alle 12:38 invece che alle 12:35 arriviamo al punto di ritrovo e l’autista non si degna neanche più di risponderci. Fosse stata mezz’ora di ritardo avrei compreso ma per soli 3 minuti mi sembra assurdo. Siamo andati al checkpoint a comunicare laccaduto e la ragazza allo sportello ci ha dato zero assistenza. Se potete scegliere mezzi alternativi fatelo. Prendere un taxi verso la stazione più vicina per raggiungere poi Bruxelles in treno.

Comfortable bus but be ready to wait in line up to 1 hour to take the bus! The stop seems to be well organise, there is a covered tent and it us quite easy to find. The problem is that they are not ready for the number of people that want to use their service. We were lucky to arrive when the line was not too big (arpund 70 people before us). But when we were leaving, there were at least 120 people behind us. Also, timetable states bus comes every 20 mins but it is not true. One bus departed at 8 45 and next one arrived only at 9 15 and it took around 10 mins to board everyone. Can't imagine what time people behind us managed to depart as there is no Live timetable with actual departuee times.

Bilety kupowane przez aplikację - podczas płatności wystąpił błąd po stronie aplikacji. Pobrało mi pieniądze, a biletów nie dostałem. Nie chcą mi zwrócić pieniędzy na konto tylko proponują bon do wykorzystania na przyszłość (na koncie aplikacji wciąż nic nie ma). Nigdy więcej nie skorzystam z ich usług, zatłoczone autobusy, nawet poza sezonem, brak rezerwacji miejsc, a tym samym brak pewności czy na pewno się dojedzie na odpowiednią godzinę, ale przede wszystkim DROGO. Korzystać tylko w ostateczności. Juz lepiej poświęcić więcej czasu i pojechać pociągiem do Charleroi, a stamtąd miejskim autobusem na lotnisko niż z tym przewoźnikiem.

Esperienza bruttissima,il costo e troooopo caro 20 € a persona da Charleroi a Bruxelles e poi aspettare in fila al freddo per un'ora e mezza come se fossimo le pecore per entrare nella stalla, saliamo su ed essendo proprio in fondo al pullman con le finestre coperte delle pubblicità che non si vedeva fuori mi prende in attacco di panico pazzesco, fortunatamente ho fatto in tempo ad avvertire l'autista che ci ha fatto scendere e prendere il pullman successivo. Non consiglio ma purtroppo è l'unica opzione se per caso non hai qualcuno che venga a prenderti.

Siamo arrivati a Bruxelles al charleroy aeroporto a tarda ora e abbiamo preso il flibco bus , un personale attentissimo gentile e cordiale ci invitano a fare il biglietto di andata e ritorno , l’andata è stata una favola , il pulman pulitissimo e profumato .. il ritorno… dopo circa 20 minuti di fila e posati i bagagli ci invitano a cambiare pulman perché pieno .. il personale della flibco bus che urlava ci catapultano come bestie in un pulman ( non della flibco bus) il pulman puzzoso e sporco in esperienza bruttissima … meglio un taxi a 15 € …

Certains commentaires négatifs me font beaucoup rire. Les gens qui se plaignent pour avoir un remboursement de leur ticket non utilisé sont les plus pathétiques. Quand j'achète un billet pour le train ou l'avion par exemple, je ne m'attends pas à être remboursé si je me suis trompé de date ou de destination. L'entreprise de transport n'est pas fautive, c'est d'une logique implacable. Certaines personnes sont terriblement ignorantes et sont trop fainéantes pour lire les conditions de vente ou les FAQ.

Tenham atenção quando comprarem os bilhetes. Foram desonestos no meu caso, porque me enganei no e-mail. Não fizeram o refund de quase 40 euros, porque o e-mail estava incorreto. Fiz reclamação mas não valeu de nada, mesmo que o bilhete não tenha sido usado mas pago, não fizeram o refund por causa de um erro no e-mail, o que revela que a empresa não tem qualquer atenção ao cliente. Viajei várias vezes com a flibco, mas foi a última vez. Viajar com flibco nunca mais. Tenham cuidado

1. Buy the tickets online! I was waiting 10 minutes on the line, decided, bought them for 5 minutes. 2. Due note - there is a reconstruction going on. You need to exit the airport via the one-way steel gates to get to the bus station. 3. At least for my visit - the organisation was good enough. Buses went every 10 minutes and the line never stopped going. Buses are well equipped and I'm writing this review from one of them;))

The worst company I have ever used so far. The que just to get to the bus is incredibly long - there were at least 500 people that were waiting. I started waiting at 11:40am, it is currently 12:50pm and I'm still in the middle of line. It takes 2 hours just to get to the bus! Incredibly bad service. If you really need to get from Charleoi, just take taxi. Don't waste two hours waiting outside while there is 0 degrees. Sick!

Totale chaos... Een uur wachten in de kou en dat met een veel te duur ticket dat nota bene drie maanden op voorhand al werd aangekocht. Vervolgens in een oude bus geduwd worden door een gestresseerde chauffeur die je bagage agressief in een overvol koffer propt (ik zou zeggen, haal je breekbare spullen eruit). Wat een klucht. Tijd voor fatsoenlijk openbaar vervoer, Charleroi Airport.

While coming from the Brussels South Charleroi Airport, check the length of the queue before you buy the tickets. I ended up standing in the queue for an hour before I boarded the bus. Once you board the bus it's all good. They have good wi-fi in the bus. While coming back from the city to the Brussels South Charleroi Airport, the experience was better because there were less people.

Ik snap de slechte reviews niet zo goed. Het is een snelle prima verbinding tussen Charleroi en midi. Het was een beetje warm en ze zijn een beetje gestresst aan het inladen maar dat is vooral volgens mij omdat de volgende bus er alweer aan kwam en ze snel weg wilden. Het was minder dan de aangegeven 55 minuten. Ik zou het zo weer doen.

Veel slechte reviews, ik reis echter bijna maandelijks met het vliegtuig en gebruik steeds Flibco voor de verplaatsing Gent-Charleroi en omgekeerd. Ik vind de Flibco bus een schitterend idee . Spijtig dat de buslijn naar Brussel een te lage frequentie heeft, mensen wachten daarom in een rij die m'n niet kan verlaten , buiten in de kou. Zeker 1u 30 vandaag. Meestal is de bus vol (zelfs 2 bussen) eer het aan je beurt is.

Goedkoop alternatief om naar het vliegveld te komen. Je stopt direct voor de terminal. Bussen rijden netjes op tijd. Wc is aanwezig, maar was super smerig. Wel fijne stoelen om op te zitten. Aardige buschauffeur. Alles staat goed aangegeven en het was duidelijk te vinden.

Niets mis met die bussen maar die prijzen zijn ridicuul. De ene keer zit de bus ook stampvol, soms is hij grotendeels leeg. Maar als er geen alternatief is, dan lijkt het wel een monopolie.

Very convenient way of transfer from airport to city of Brussels. Bus stop near airport is not so good arranged, but I guess the most important is that service is reliable and functions.

Op de website stond dat je bij de bus een ticket kon kopen. Daar aangekomen werd ik geleid naar een taxibusje die mij en anderen naar Charleroi reed voor hetzelfde tarief.

Bemoeilijke toegang en te ver voor verplaatsing met zware baggage versus voordien dat het voor de uitgang van de luchthaven was. Niet logisch en onpraktisch !

De buslijn naar Brussel heeft een te lage frequentie, mensen wachten daarom als vee buiten in de kou.

Geen overkapping of bushokjes aanwezig dus bij slecht weer geen beschutting tijdens het wachten.

Meer dan een jaar in aanbouw en de connectie naar Brussel Centrum nog steeds moeilijk en duur.
