Drove two hours to get some items out of my unit. Found out they put an extra lock on the door leading to the climate controlled without telling me. Their website said the office was open; it wasn't. Wasted trip and violation of leasing

Had an accidental charge after I moved out, but Ed was FANTASTIC and super helpful at helping me get it resolved! If I need storage in the future I will make sure to use them again.
