Storage King Artarmon 1 has very neat and clean storage facility with easy access to the storage unit. Venu, the Manager, has been extremely friendly, helpful and understanding. Even though I had only given a very short notice (due to unforeseen circumstances) to rent a storage unit , I was very well looked after by Venu and I truly appreciate his assistance. This is my first time ever used a commercial storage facility and the whole experience (including moving things in) has been extremely pleasant. Storage King Artarmon 1 is very highly recommended.

If we could give 6 stars we would. The Lanceley Place storage facility is clean and super easy for removalists to load and unload using the loading bay. But it’s the staff that make this facility a cut above the competition. Peter was always friendly and super helpful juggling our storage needs, and went beyond the call of duty when we moved in. We’ve used other facilities in the past, but this is now our go-to space - and it’s because of the staff. Absolutely deserve 6 stars for service!

The facility itself is great - easy to load and unload our boxes for storage. There's complimentary to use trolleys and the facility itself is consistently clean. But the best part of the facility is Rob and Hooman. Rob and Hooman at Artarmon are't just Storage King managers, they're like our friends!! Hands down, one of the most efficient, friendly, professional and overall top guys. Our sign up process was quick and easy.

Gave great price for the storage and when the removalist turned up and saw the storage room was too small, they immediately found a bigger room with still very very competitive price. The contract was easy and no fuss, tell them with 14 days notice and all is well. We are very happy with the store manager Venu and his team’s service. Definitely will use again when we have the need to.

I have been with their Storage Units at Artarmon for over 20 years. My wife's practice records are securely stored there. We have found them particularly helpful in times of a crisis in our firms and can converse with them by phone in those times. When we relocated from Sydney we left records and files with them in complete confidence before destruction in seven years time.

I have been a client with storage king Artarmon for 11 years now. Top quality service, friendly staff, reasonable prices. The only thing that is limited is there is only three loading dock space, which is sometimes problematic at busy time especially when a large removalist truck is loafloa and offloading. Other than that I am happy to recommend this storage.

The service I experience at Storage King, Artarmon 1 is exceptional. Rob and his team work above and beyond to ensure we are looked after and supported. The communication is frequent, expressing business updates where necessary and assisting with stock movement which is outside of their job requirements. Could not recommend them enough. Travelled back to Sydney after 6 months of holidays. All my contents were at Artamon Lanceley Place. Straight from airport I was a bit tired after 15 hours of flying. If you live in the Lower North Shore and need storage I can highly recommend Storage King Artarmon. I received great service and price from Store manager Venu and access is very easy to and from the freeway. Everything you need is also on hand including all size of boxes again at very reasonable prices.

Storage King Artarmon 1 is a good, clean facility with friendly and helpful staff. The manager Venu is always happy to chat and help find solutions. The loading area is spacious and there's always plenty of carts for moving things in and out of the units. All in all its been a great experience.

Venu was very helpful and easy to deal with. The actual storage space was as described and is easy to access. Location of the storage complex was ideal and had good parking space to drop off my items.

Used this storage facility for approximately the past four and half years. Never had any issues, staff were always friendly and able to assist with reasonable requests when required.
