Greenacre Storage King. Your staff by the name of Sri needs to be trained in Basic Customer Service, start listening to customers on the phone, and stop interrupting. Get off your high horse and stop interrupting when customers are trying to talk. How dare you say "I wasted your time". I'm trying to explain my story and you keep interrupting. You are an embarrassment to the company. Get your self trained.

Storage King Greenacre provides small and larger size storage garages to store your goods. Although they provide storage area, they have limited times for their customers to access their goods. Please check their times when you can access your goods. A pick up truck can be driving around the area, larger trucks may have limited space to drive around to exist the building.

Staff, especially, Sri & Mickey were excellent. Any assistance required was cheerfully, given. The storage unit provided was clean, suitable & accessible. The service provided was much appreciated, and I would happily recommend this storage facility to others. Ray Thompson, (BIRRONG)

Often use this location for Parcel Point. Staff are always welcoming and aren't bothered to help. Recommend this location.
