Refusing to give contact details of management & non-visible name-tags. Often no-one at the counter. Compulsory & inconvenient check-in requirements. No automatic pin-check-in. No exact dimensional size available for storage spaces, with luck-of-the-draw outcomes. Often details of available storage areas NOT at all transparent. Staff concerned about 'getting home' & 'shutting down' ahead of time. We hired movers & vacated all our storage spaces to a better place. Can NOT recommend.

Lane Cove's Storage King is a business and location I would highly recommend. First, there are different sizes and configurations of storage that will fit your needs. The location is good, not far from the city or the suburbs. They have cameras and staff to keep the place safe, organized and clean. There are also docks to park your van/pickup to drop heavier items. Parking is easy. Prices are fair, and opening and closing hours are reasonable. The staff is always friendly and helpful, especially Steve, who has helped me with different issues several times. This business comes in high regard from my end. Kind regards.

We needed to purchase the huge Large Moving Pack and got there pretty late in the day on Saturday. The man in charge was having a break outside and I thought he may be annoyed that we were interrupting that. I couldn't have been more wrong! He was fantastically helpful, polite and friendly! The LMP has a *lot* of stuff, and this kind chap cheerfully gathered it all together and even helped us pack it into the car. We had to buy a couple of extra items, and he even gave us a bit of a discount for those. Terrific service!

My storage time is up. I have had my belongings stored for 10 months with Storage King at Lane Cove. Everything about my experience here has been amazing. The price, the storage spaces, the access, the use of a truck when I moved my stuff out. This place is spotless and safe. I highly recommend when you need storage here, ask for Steve! A fantastic staff member, he made my storage experience so easy. Very helpful and knowledgable. If I need storage again I will be back in a flash. Thanks Steve, you're worth your weight in gold!

We were really happy with the professional help, advice and service provided by all staff, management and Matt who helped us out a lot. The prices are affordable, the premises clean and secure. The team are calm, professional, friendly and honest. They weren’t gready especially when everyone’s looking to make a buck during the moving/selling process. Venu went above and beyond in service and great advice for me and my family while we grappled with packing and moving during a Covid lockdown. Storage King Lane Cove is a big self-storage facility with lots of storage units, and with one of the best prices in lower North Shore. Venu, the Store Manager, is extremely helpful and courteous, and understands the customers needs really well. It was a total pleasure dealing with Venu and the rest of the staff there. This is great storage facility with lots of configurations to suit your needs. Because contracts are short term it’s easy to rejig as your needs change. Venu and his crew are very accommodating and responsive so that makes them easy to deal with. Just keep an eye on creeping rates. They can mount up quickly.
