The customer service is very considerate and responsive. With the helpful guidance and assistance, the booking, confirming and moving in experience was quite smooth. Especially a big thanks to Stephen, who is on his first day joining the Pymble team while already showing his familiarity with the building environment and surrounding areas. He gave us handy tips on the best parking and lift access to the storage and is adaptive to the cultural nuances. Great experience hiring storage from here! I initially planned to look at a few storage places before choosing the best one but Michelle was so helpful in finding the right space for me that I signed up on the same day. She understood what I was looking for and walked me around the facility showing me suitable options. 10/10 service. Both Michelle and Milana also provided great support in the office whenever I needed anything through the rental period. Storage wise, the space was clean, easy to navigate and access. Note: Access isn't 24 hours but the access times are clearly communicated and wasn't a problem for me. Overall, really great experience and I'd definitely recommend them.

The location of Storage King Pymble is convenient and easy to access. The facility is very new, clean and well-managed. The customer service provided was fantastic. John is very nice and keen to provided the best solutions according to your demands. He is always patient to answer your questions and willing to help. After ringing many storage facilities I decided to use Storage King at Pymble. They were very easy to deal with right from the start. Gave me a couple of tours so I was aware of the procedure and location of the units. All my packing needs were available in store. The staff at Storage King Pymble have been super helpful in explaining to me the basics in renting a storage place. Once I had a minor issue with retrieving some items that had dropped in a difficult to reach place. The staff at pymble king went out of their way to help me with the retrieval. Michelle was very helpful with advice regarding the size of the unit needed and the size and number of boxes. She was also helpful in letting the removalists into my unit while I was still back at my place. Storage King has a good policy of being able to switch the customer to a smaller or larger storage unit if on the day the one booked turns out to be too large or too small. The Pymble facility is easy to get to. Highly recommended.

After using other self-storage providers over the years I was particularly impressed with the immaculate presentation of this new facility. Roller shutter access and individual lighting in each unit, plus extended hours at a competitive rate ticked all the boxes. Moreover, the care factor and attentiveness of staff sealed the deal.

It's ok. Just that when there is few truck offloading. Staff don't ask them to offload in Loading Dock in Bridge Street entrance which is designed for truck to offload, but never been utilised. So few trucks stuck from the main entrance, other customer cannot go in. Unless this situation is fixed, this rating will remain the same.

I recently rented a storage unit from King Pymble for a comparably reasonable price. The unit is clean and well illuminated. The facility generally is modern secure and has good easy access and off street parking. The staff were very communicative and helpful making the administrative side of things easy. Trevor B
