I have used one of the storage rooms of Storage King Rockdale for just over 3 years until now and to the benefit of everyone, I have had a great experience dealing with them as the management and the staff working there were always of assistance and with the best way to help. Very polite and professional. I have never encounter any problems with the store and the premises were always neat and spotless being a pleasure walking to get your stuff in a clean environment and well organise premises. Great value for your money and with a high level of security making you feel good about living your property there... Fully recommended to everyone !!!

I was pleasantly surprised by the service and the business approach. Nice people. Super easy and fast to rent a storage unit. Basically you get it straight away. Quiting ... I could hardly believe it would be so easy and straightforward to move out. There are no exit fees, no hidden charges, you don't need to finish off the month etc etc etc. It's just that plain and simple and goes down to: - I want to move out. - Sure, please sign this and here is the rest of your money back which you paid in advance. - Goodbye. - Goodbye. I'm still shocked how easy it was.

I recently needed to store the contents of my artist studio for a period of time and chose Storage King at Rockdale. I was not disappointed with my choice. The staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful. They would always find time to have a chat and a laugh with me whenever I went in there and that was great. The facility was very clean and I never visited my storage unit without seeing someone sweeping or cleaning up. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

I went here simply for a box (speciality item) they didn't have it in stock but the girls at reception were so helpful they rung around other stores and found what I was looking for. They sent me to Storage King Eastgardens which was not too far. What amazed me was the customer service which unfortunately is a dying trait. I was very impressed and can imagine the other side of the business is as good if not better. 5 star service and big thank you.

I needed a place rather quickly but once settled I was able to remover my belongings easily. Everything was safe. I used the storage again prior to moving permanently overseas. I would recommend them and in fact did for my step daughter. Storage King were extremely helpful in supplying my overseas movers access even though these people were not so forth coming. If I could suggest anything it would be to include an oversees service. Thanks so much.

Price varies according to the people you speak, price can change randomly beware!!!! they may quote you lower price at first but can increase it later saying it is business requirements, Make sure you lock in your prices for the duration you are going to keep your stuff, very unreliable and untrustworthy.

Dani, Fil & the team always go above and beyond with their service and products at Storage King Rockdale. They always make you feel welcomed and helpful with any packaging requirements. SK Rockdale is always our first thought for any storage and postage/packaging needs.

I needed a small-ish unit for a short-term period of 6-9 months. Storage King Rockdale had the perfect sized unit at a competitive rate. Moving in, accessing my belongings and arranging for termination of the rental when I no longer needed it were all super easy.

Great friendly service and the storage lockers (2) were perfect for our needs. The access to the lockers was always clear and we were able to park undercover to safely move our gear. All in all, we were extremely happy with Storage King at Rockdale.

I'd like to know why you give new customers the discounted price but charge up to $65 more for existing customers? Plus you raise your prices every 4-6 months. This will make a great story for A Current Affair I'd say. Watch this space.
