With only 4 days before moving I needed certain items immediately. to complete my packing. I had a very positive response to my questions over the phone describing items that were available in store.I knew that a trip to their Store at Rouse Hill would be worthwhile. Staff were helpful, friendly and able to supply the products I needed . If I find I need anything else for the move I would definitely return to this store.

Very happy - the staff are always very helpful & accomodating for our storage needs, recommending the right amount to get started and then increasing as we needed. Accessing the storage is easy and we have no qualms with keeping our non-urgent goods there even after we've moved out of Sydney until our new house is built. With all the hassle involved in moving a family, it is one less thing we need to worry about.

The manager from SK Rouse Hill Jon was so helpful. My goods are really heavy so I was thinking of storing at another location that had driveway access (which is much more expensive) but using the trolleys Storage King provide is so easy to move your goods into the storage shed. Storage King Rouse Hill is a very clean facility run by a professionally focussed team. They listened to what I had in mind and were able to provide me with the exact type of storage I needed. Having two points of access means less delay. The trollies are a good size and easy to use - obviously well-maintained.
