I would like to thank the staff at Storage King Rozelle for making our move so seamless. Libby Keck is an asset to the company and I have not experienced such a genuine warm, friendly service with such a high level of customer service. She really made our whole experience so easy and straight forward. Moving during Covid is stressful enough, however their processes were clear to ensure we were safe, the facilities are spotless and it is well organised and the service from the team was exceptional. Thank you to everyone at Storage King Rozelle for making us feel so welcome and in particular to Libby for her kindness and warmth during a very stressful time.

I wish I could give this place a BIG ZERO STAR after been client for over 3 months they come and trick you and surcharge you and take your money over than it should be and without explanation and when you seek to understand why you get on a situation where the staff does not care about you been ripped off without explanation . Strongly do not recommend and hope my review protect you all from suffering with the abuse this company can cause after you decide to become a permanent client . Run away it's a very bad company

Having been overseas for many years and now looking at moving lots of items into storage. I was so impressed with Libby's customer service, and will definitely be using Storage King for my move. Libby was warm and caring and able to answer all my questions. I am extremely impressed and will not only be using Storage King but also recommending you to a number of friends who are moving as well.

I have nothing but praise for Storage King Rozelle. They have always strived to offer me what I require and staff is really friendly and supportive. Used facility for approximately a year and a half. It was great to have assistance at all odd hours. The space was clean and I felt that my things well watched over. Access was very easy too. I would definitely use Storage King Rozelle again.

Storage King Rozelle are one of the most friendly and professional outfits in the area. Priyal and Libby are both superb at their job and nothing is too much trouble. Priyal really went the extra mile manning the forklift to get my 3.5 ton consignment into the unit. So happy I found these guys and I highly recommend them.

I needed a space to store my business equipment after downsizing my business. I visited the Rozelle storage space where Libby assisted me in finding the correct size unit. She was very helpful, friendly and took her time in assisting me. I was certainly recommend this place. Give Libby a pay rise hey :)

I recently rented a storage unit with Storage King Rozelle and I would definitely recommend it. The staff are very friendly, helpful and generous with their time and assistance. Everything was clear and simple from day one until the day I vacated my unit.

The manager of Rozelle is fantastic! Explained the space, helped out when I had too much for my space, sorted with the removalists, gave advice re packaging and even gave me a good deal. Nothing was too hard. It’s not often you get this level of service!

We’ve been using the ROZELLE BRANCH for many years for both storage and picking and packing our stock . The service provided by Libby the assistant manager is to say the least exceptional, all her support staff also do a great job.

Popped into Rozakeas last week just to get some boxes and wrapping stuff. Service from the lovely Libby was brilliant! Highly recommend the place based on her obvious knowledge and customer service - refreshing to say the least!

Nice and clean. Friendly helpful staff. Delivery dock good but small. Economy lighting in the aisles which is good enough for navigation, but doesn't light up the units enough to work in them without another light source.

Moving is always stressful but the team at Storage King Rozelle make it so much easier. Friendly, plenty of options size wise and you have use of a van if you are moving in. Thanks Libby and Troy for being so professional
