It has been a absolute pleasure to deal with the staff at Storage Plus Rosebery , they are so friendly and have been very helpful, nothing ever seems to be a problem and they are always very prompt with my requests. If I require a forklift driver there is 1 always available . The storage facility is very well appointed with a box shop for all your package needs, vending machines for refreshments and also a coffee van on site for coffee and some treats. My storage unit is a brand new 8m2 and is easily accessible. And tall enough to stack things high. I cannot fault storage Plus Rosebery and would recommend it to anyone for reasonably priced storage.

This is the second time I have used StoragePlus. The first time was years ago when I needed long-term storage for an overseas trip; I had my belongings stored in a container. The second time was recently were I needed a storage unit where I can access it frequently. After researching and visiting facilities, StoragePlus was by far the most convenient and AFFORDABLE. The staff are first-class, and routines are set and easy to follow (to access my storage unit). Jermain’s 5-star customer service was an added bonus. Will be recommending to everyone I know.

After recently completing my renovations, I had stored my belongings with Storage Plus. The service and expertise I received was above my expectations. There experience, friendliness, ease of communication was 10 out of 10 and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needed a great storage facility. I had what can be described as the best customer experience using storage box. I needed their services as I was renovating then moving home. I was able to get two storage boxes to my apartment and load them over the weekend. I was then able to store them cheaply for a few months and once i have purchased another property simply organized the boxes to be delivered to my new address for unloading. The process was simple and the customer service was quick and responsive. I will use them for all my storage needs.

Terrible. Was desperate so came here. It's cheap for a reason. Staff are unhelpful, hours are too short, the lift is broken so it takes ages to move in and out, all the trolleys are broken, and they closed before 4pm the day I needed to move the rest of my stuff in, they are meant to close at 4pm and we got there at 3:50 with a small amount that would have gone in within 5 mins. Absolutely would not recommend.

Friendliest staff you'll ever meet. Every single person I have interacted with at Storage Plus has gone over and above to help and assist in any way. they can. They are always smiling and make you feel at ease. Moving in and out is a breeze, with relatively clean facilities for such a large warehouse. The new units on the mezzanine level are spotless. This is the most economic storage box company in Sydney we were able to find. My wife even told a competitor their price and the competitor said, "There's no way I could even come close to that for you." Their customer service is good, too. They didn't rush my wife off the phone when she had questions, like some places do, which was a huge plus for her!

I needed to store some boxes quickly so inspected a couple of storage facilities in my vicinity and Storage Plus was significantly cheaper and also had the size i needed immediately. I signed up and started storing the same day and the whole process was very seemless and hassle free. very happy to recommend.

Customer service is great, location super convenient and prices are very competitive. Staff are very helpful. On occasion there is a little confusion with regards to the billing, but it always gets sorted quickly. Added bonus is that the facilities are bone dry. Happy to recommend this storage facility.

Great location and easy to access. Very competitive prices compared to what else is in the market. Jeff is great but there seemed was a bit of confusion with some of the other staff on the day I moved my stuff in, so wasn’t as seamless as it could have been but all in all would recommend!

The booking and sign-up process was smooth and easy, staff were friendly an were as helpful as they could be, and they tried their best to accommodate to my drop-off request. The rates are fair and probably the best there is around with flexibility in services provided. Highly recommend.

Storage Plus is very central and has a good selection of size containers. Some of the staff are really great and helpful, some are not. The opening hours are a bit frustrating but at the end of the day it is excellent storage - all our stuff was dry and well kept and that's what matters.

Storage plus has friendly front desk staff. I got a unit on the top floor and was worried at first about getting my stuff up there. However storage plus has a super big super strong and easy to use industrial lift that you can drive your car right up to. Its perfect actually.

A good value system and easy initial setup. Access is problematic however - they state 2 days notice is required but is more like 5 days to get an available time slot. Also the webchat contact is either not monitored or ignored.

Great customer service and value lockup! I got a 1.5 x 1m and it fits nearly everything from my flat that I needed (not furniture etc just boxes and smaller items). I like how it’s pay monthly and not tied in. 24/7 access.

Very decently priced on-site storage. Overall the facility is pretty clean but the storage units are open air so you need to cover your stuff with a tarp since there’s debris falling from above pretty often.

Staff are so nice. Competitively priced storage for the inner city. Facilities such as trollies, large wheeled crates, lifts and hours-of-access make it all really easy to organise your stuff independently.
