Great spot to access either shopping precinct of strathfield or burwood, but also the station for either rail or bus transfers. We stayed here by chance as the world cup soccer blocked out accommodation at Olympic Park. This was perfect access to the bus for example to get us to Qudos Arena or DFO via the bus, only 200m away. The train station also right there. Clean and tidy rooms, comfortable accommodation with the basics of kitchenette and bed. Lounge probably more of a hindrance to space than actually useful. Small TV but adequate as we were basically looking for somewhere handy to facilitate our travel. Relatively quiet too considering the location against the road and could easily the rail line. Make sure you book a car space if staying overnight as parking in the street is 2 hour until 1800 hrs and starts again at 0800. Quiet street though. Would consider staying again if coming to another show or event at Olympic Park for sure. Staff pleasant and friendly, offering advice on walking to burwood Westfield which is totally worthwhile. We also on leaving decided to drive to Parramatta Park and Westfield there. 20 minutes along the motorway (toll) but great to have a wander around there too.

Adequate, for a short stay. The bed was firm but not uncomfortable. Bathroom space was tight however fine. Lounge as described previously took up valuable space which would be better served without. Small eating table would thereby have a better space then too. A cupboard and bag rack was adequate, could still walk around the bed. Would have been good to have a safe in the room but the neighbourhood seemed fine. Aircon wasn't really necessary as the room was fairly well insulated but was quiet when tested.

Basically a flat walk to most places nearby. Plaza is quite close, just the other side of the railway station. Quite a few restaurants on that side too or the pub is supposed to be ok, 250m at a guess.

Absolutely pathetic. I wish that I had read the reviews posted before me. The owner / manager Grace is extremely sweet and will make you feel very comfortable on the 1st day of your stay. But, do not let that fool you. She is extremely rude, condescending, vile, putrid and extremely temperamental. Ill-mannered too, if I may add. The ACs don't work after 10PM. Kitchen is available for cooking but it is heavily discouraged to the point that when I asked for keys for kitchen storage that is allocated for my room, I was told that she needs to find the keys. Keys were never found and I never had the opportunity to cook. The dryer-tumbler is super expensive, $4 a pop. I had to do it twice to dry my clothes as the capacity was small. Getting food to the studio apartment was frowned up and she would pass smart arse comments when she would enter my room. I always let it go because of her age, but do not let that fool you. Privacy is an alien concept to her. She would knock once and straightaway barge into my room to "clean" the waste bin. I have never been treated so badly by anyone in Australia or anywhere else for that matter. Please do not waste your hard earned $$$ by coming to this place. It looks nice and clean, which it is, but staying there is not a pleasant experience specially if you plan to live there for more than 2-3 days and if you plan to cook or get food to your studio. You have been warned.

My girls and I booked a room out to celebrate me and a friend's 21st birthday, and it was one of the most memorable nights of our lives thanks to the lovely hostesses Grace & Kerry. Ever since we stepped into the door they took care of us and made sure we were made at home, and attended to all our needs. They exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and enjoy our 21st celebrations. I'm so grateful we ended up choosing this accommodation, as I can't imagine our night going any other way. The room itself was very comfortable and clean, and the beds were super lovely lovely sleep in. Lots of space to move around and a great kitchen to make snacks & tea. Everything was super homely and we were all very comfortable. Super close to the station and shops, which was very convenient. Again, thank you to the two ladies Grace and Kerry for being absolutely precious to us ❤ will definitely recommend this place to others, and I will be coming back here myself in the future !!!!

This accommodation is an excellent choice if staying in Strathfield for any reason. We stayed as had family member in hospital very close by. The rooms were clean and well appointed with the basics, all you would need really to avoid the cost of eating out each day. The apartments are very close to the train station for all your public transport needs and parking is available if using your own vehicle . But most of all the wonderful AMAZING GRACE was the highlight of our stay. What a wonderful lady!!! Grace went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and well looked after on all levels, even bringing together other guests for conversation and laughs and might I add some wonderful Turkish coffee and Lebanese dancing at my door (thanks George and Christina). Travel - family of 4. 1 night only, 28-29 Jan 2023. The 3-star rating is purely for poor AC located in dining/kitchen area, in our U shape Room. When we arrived in the afternoon, just after 3pm I think, the AC was not On, our room was on the top floor - it was a stinking hot day when we checked in - the AC was struggling to cool our U shape room. We had to re-arrange kids bed because the AC was located in the kitchen / dining area, we had trouble sleeping because it was too warm. Obviously we didn’t use blankets nor doona. I wish they switched On the AC at 2pm check-in time. Parking is $30, we were lucky there was still 1 spot for us - as per receptionist, although the rest of parking spaces were still empty until 10am our check-out time the next day. The room has everything we need. Not sure about (1) the ‘bit’ on kitchen sink, lucky it’s gone easily with water; (2) ripped hand towel. Other than that, it’s an ok place to stay.

We stayed in the third level so had to walk up 2 flights of stairs. Kitchenette was adequate. The lights are very bright, so if anyone wants to sleep, it likely you will have to switch off the lights. There is a treadmill and stationary bike for guest's use. Walking distance to Strathfield Plaza and train station. Lots of little local restaurants around the plaza. There are only 4 parking spaces available at huge $45 per night! These spaces are also very narrow and tight. You are advised to inform them if your car is wide when reserving a parking space. There are plenty of 2 hour street parking - Monday to Friday 8:30-6:00 & Saturday 8:30-12:30. Free and no time limit outside these hours. On a Saturday night, it was pretty full up in front of the accommodation.

It seems they have revised the price from 135$ to 180$ a night but it didn’t take effect in their website. I wasn’t aware of this change and made the booking at the price listed at their website. At check in, the owner of the property mentioned that she can turn me away despite having a booking for I paid less than what they wanted to let the room out for but she is going to let me check in. It didn’t stop there. Throughout the stay, the elderly women who administer the tasks kept reminding me that I was paying cheap. She did it in front of my family, as if I have cheated them. While I didn’t apply any coupon code or book it through an hotel aggregator website, their treatment was so unpleasant. A bit of positive: they allowed early check in for additional 50$ and the property is neat and clean.

My father booked four rooms at a total of $700+ as a Christmas present for our family to see a concert the concert was cancelled and within an hour of notification, my father called to cancel two weeks out from the date of stay. He has been told it is a 100% cancelation fee even if the rooms are re booked the reception were No help the Manager was No help and they show zero concern or compassion at the large amount.(we were happy to pay even 50%) I would Never recommend this accommodation to any business, friend or family member. It is embarrassing that there was so little consideration for others taken by this business and I would hate to see anyone else completely ripped off. Thanks

The hotel and it's facilities might be new and classy but the people who run this place are extremely rude and appear to lack fineness and required knowledge to apply themselves towards potential customers. In my opinion this is one of the worst managed hotels in the entire state of NSW. The service provided by the elderly receptionist is vague and unrelated to hotel matters. In 25 years of my life traveling the world, I have never, ever, been treated this way before in any of the hotels or resorts that I'd stayed. The receptionist of this joint is not only extremely rude but also appears to be racist. You want to stay in this Hotel? Do it at your own mercy, but be aware of the moody, ill-mannered and impolite receptionist.

Staff (Martin and Grace) were extremely friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Room was clean and tidy as was bathroom and cooking facilities. Quiet location given it is only a short distance from Strathfield Railway Station. Parking is available off street for an additional cost but worth the expense. Has a safe, comfortable feeling. Not overly expensive but remains value for money. If, like me you have a relative being treated at the local hospital, this is an excellent choice. Within easy walking distance to the hospital, restaurants, train and bus services.

Whilst one of loved ones was in hospital Grace the owner could not do enough to help us through our stay. I have never been to accommodation where its so homely, so friendly and caring. The rooms are fantastic with extremely comfortable beds and good amenities. Its very clean and well maintained. I would not hesitate to stay there again and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Super friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location and good clean rooms. Although, check the photo for the tiles as you walk through the room. How many trips and stubbed toes did that cause! Took a star off for that. Shower is way to small, bed is hard and the toilet wall will break your elbow. But there's a great little courtyard. Only 1/2 the TV channels worked.

This place is absolutely filthy, we had to sleep in our car due to seeing bed bugs all over the beds. I had shown the receptionist the photos of the bed bugs in the bed and tried to tell us it was fluff and if we even got bitten ?? The receptionist had no empathy towards us and did not offer us a new room nor bed sheets and had claimed “ that they have never had bed bugs “ multiple times. I feel unheard and disgusted of the service here and I do not recommend anyone stay here.

I booked 4 rooms with this company and had to cancel due to an event myself and my family were to attend being cancelled , I rang the hotel within an hour of finding out about the cancellation. I was told that the full amount of $775 was to be paid when I cancelled, I was offered a 50% discount on my next stay ( approx $70 ) the manager and staff where not very compassionate about my situation. I find it very unprofessional that they did not try to help me . I would not recommend this business to anyone as I would not like to see someone else have the same problem.

This place .. seriously! The room wasn't even ready when we arrived so we had to wait like 2hrs .. we waited for the room which only left us a little bit of time to get ready for a wedding & our uber ride! Wasn't impressed at all! Had to pay $20 for the car to be parked under the carport which I think is a bit ridiculous & they should have mentioned that there's a cost for parking. Overall they're not very organised & fir the price you pay you can get much better around the area!

We stayed here close to the Strathfield private hospital. My father had to stay longer than we thought in hospital but we were able to block out extra days just in case. After a week I returned home and Grace (owner) dropped my mother at the hospital each morning and helped her if needed. A great experience and great hospitality. Rooms were always clean and a door opened if needed! Eateries and train station around the corner. Shops a few minutes away.Thank you for looking after us all.

I stayed there in end June 2014. When I checked in I told front desk that i will be staying in for a a few days only as I wanted to move around and wanted a nearer place at Allphones Arena.They assured me they will refund the difference if I did find a place nearer AA. I eventually did but never got any refund. They claimed that they had to refuse so many ppl. bla bla bla. An old lady was so rude and I dont find the staffs were honest even as they pretended to be.

I was travelling down from Brisbane all the way to Victoria and I needed somewhere to stop somewhere in Sydney with my puppy. Strathfield executive accomodation was so accomodating for myself and my puppy, with a late check in and friendly staff. Would definitely return and recommend it for anyone travelling with an animal and feeling lost for accommodation.

I have just spent 13 days at Strathfield to be close to the Hospital. It is really convenient to Stratfield Private within just a 6 minute walk. Rail is 3 minutes. The nice thing about it is the friendly and helpful staff and owner. Very clean, quiet and I always felt safe there. Recommend to country people if you have to be at the hospital. I recommend contacting them directly.

The owner of this hotel either needs hospitality training, or has been in the business too long and needs to step down to the receptionist who had more idea what was going on and how to treat paying customers. This old lady abused us before we even got to our room and made the entirety of our stay extremely un-enjoyable. I would not recommend this place ever.

No parking. Had to park in a 2, hour limited parking on the street and pray I didn't get a ticket. For the whole complex there are 4 parking spaces that you have to pre book, if your lucky. Boxes piled up in the hallway strange air about the place

This place is great. Rooms to suit all situations, and the manager treats you like family and tells you to treat it like your home. There are room with balcony's for smokers, rooms that are pet friendly, family rooms, isolation rooms and everything in between. The staff are very accommodating and always willing to please. Can't recommend it enough.

My husband and I spent three nights here just before Christmas. We stayed in the King Suite and were very comfortable. Every imaginable convenience was provided. I am sure if we had wanted anything at all Grace would have provided it. We will certainly return here when we visit Sydney again. Thank you Grace and staff.

Nice and clean with modern facilities. Staff were friendly and allowed me to check in early. Distinct lack of power points in the room for charging devices. I only stayed one night, so didn't see any if the other issues mentioned.

Best place for short term accommodation. We stayed for 2 weeks and the experience was great especially with the owner ma’am. The connectivity to all areas is great with nearby railway station. It has kitchenette for small needs.
