Woefully dishonest, they lied to me multiple times. I purchased a Christmas gift with Stride. 10 days after ordering I received an email saying the item had been lost by Australia Post. No tracking number had been issued by Stride. I requested a tracking number or Aus Post case number. Stride issued me a case number. I called Australia Post, the case number was not mine (it was from an order a month prior). I contacted Stride again for a tracking number. Aus Post confirmed the parcel for the tracking provided was delivered to and signed for at an address which was not mine (AKA not my parcel) but within my suburb. I phoned Stride again and once they realised that they were cornered, and that a poor Australia Post driver was being integrated over the delivery of a parcel that wasn't even mine they admitted via email that the item was never posted (as they ran out of stock) and that I had been deliberately given a false case number, followed by a false tracking number. Given that this is a company that purports to be built on ethics, I am highly sceptical of its integrity. Australia Post on the other hand was absolutely incredible.

Absolutely incredible store!!! Made my first order about a month ago. I am between sizes so was a bit hesitant to pick sizing, but the sizing charts for all brands are the most accurate I have ever come across. Everything fit perfectly. The clothes were such a good quality I made another order the next week. Same thing again, perfect fits, fantastic quality. The customer service deserves it's own mention. Jordan is so lovely and SO quick to keep you updated. Best customer service I have ever recieved. All in all, quality, ethical clothes, fast delivery, fits exactly as the sizing charts and phenomenal customer service. Cant find a reason to shop elsewhere. Also important to note, all items I ordered have survived multiple times with my brazen laundry ways, with absolutely no difference to when I first ordered. Extremely, extremely impressed.

In love! Stride store is my first step towards sustainable fashion! I made zero fast fashion purchass for two months I rewarded myself with the most stunning dress from stride store. I received my order this week and am so so happy! Not only is it a beautiful piece of clothing but I treasure it more knowing it's hand made and supporting a small Australian business! Or two actually, stride and the dress maker. I also ordered all my family some matching tops for Christmas that are vegan and support wires which will be very well received! Can't wait for my next order.

I recently purchased 3 items from your store. I ordered 2 more pairs of Otto and Spike socks which I am very happy with. Great quality and Aussie made which is very important to me. When I was searching your website I refined my search for Australian made only, as I usually do. I also purchased the Nakuru exfoliating MIT believing it was also Aussie made. I was quite disappointed when I received it to find that clearly printed on the back was (Product of China).

I have always struggled with online shopping for my body shape but so wanted stride to be a good solution as I really like the ethics behind the brand and the concept in general. Unfortunately they advertise free returns but beware and read the exceptions as it doesn’t apply to sale items and must be done within ten days of purchase. Unfortunately it’s not that straightforward to receive the returns slips either. But the customer service was helpful.

Absolute best online shopping customer service I have ever experienced, and that's no exaggeration. Went above and beyond to answer sizing enquiries for me directly with one of the brands they stock, and promptly followed up in detail. Also, shipping was fast and seamless. All of this and ethical to boot. Extremely impressive. I'm obsessed with my pyjamas, the fit could not be more perfect, and will be back to purchase in other colours.

I ordered some cute little gold earrings from this store. Unfortunately one of them arrived broken. Stride has fantastic customer service - I sent them an email about the broken earring and they sent out a new pair immediately. I really appreciated that level of care. Jordan has done a fantastic job at bringing together ethical fashion into one store. There is definitely a gap in discovering clothing that fits my values (outside of OP shops). Until Stride came along. The variety is fantastic, the customer service is above standard (thank you very much Jordan), and the clothing I bought is lovely. I'll be shopping here again.

This was my first purchase from Stride, and I will purchase from again. I loved the concept of having a one-stop shop for sustainable and ethical brands, and being able to shop according to your values, so wanted to support their mission. The piece of clothing I ordered was of excellent quality and shipping was fast (in a time were delays are the norm).

Stride have a great ethical philosophy, top quality clothes, and a fantastic returns policy so that you can try on clothes and send them back if they don't fit perfectly with no hassles. The feel is similar to the iconic but way nicer stuff (fabrics are beautiful!) And better for the planet.

Love the concept of being able to choose products from companies whose mission statements align with my own. The website is easy to navigate and move around, even on older devices. I was able to buy a well priced, good quality item and the whole process was quick and problem free.

I thought I was buying a Cotton beanie, unfortunately it is Acrylic, I only found out when I got the beanie which too a long time to arrive in the mail. Also too many Marketing Stride emails, too frequently, I am going to have to unsubscribe soon as it becoming like junk mail.
