Went in for a treatment, but my hair came out worse! From normal hair to dry, straw, green/yellow hair! My friend did the same treatment, very different experience and outcome so I must have just had a bad hairdresser. As she did the treatment I just felt ripping and breakage.. I'll never do a Keratin treatment there again. Especially if you're a blonde, be careful my hair came out a terrible color and then they used tons of toner to try get it right again then had the ordasity to say, wow my hair is damaged and it was like that when I got there

Cutting skills amazing wow. Fast precise and very professional. This lady knows her stuff. I hate to take hours to do hair. One pic and she nailed it to the T. Affordable professional and accessible.

Absolute worst hairdresser ever. Told the woman exactly what I wanted and got the complete opposite. Don't ever use this hairdresser! You will regret it.
