Worst experience. My makeup was horrible. She took more than 2 hours and still not able to finish my hair do. When I looked at mirror I wanted to cry. I had not enough time to wash my face as I was going directly to the party. I was so embarrassed at my family party. And I don't want to look at the party pictures. It's been two years still I can't forget that. I hope she improved herself or took more training to do makeup and things. I posted my experience today as I was looking for makeup artist and Google showed her salon and it rewind me back.

Had a lovely experience here! I don't often get my hair and make-up done so it was lovely to have someone who could take control but also listen when I requested that little changes be made. the service was great and she even brought out flowers from her own garden to put in my hair (so cute). I felt so welcomed and comfortable so will definitely be using them again in the future! (face is covered for privacy reasons but the makeup was stunning)

The owner is very friendly and understanding. She listened to what i wanted to do with my hair and she did the great job. After the ages i finally got the best hair and beauty salon in Pakenham. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
