I wish there was a negative rating to this shop of furniture. We were told lies and given false promises. Our money is not being refunded or not even getting the lounge delivered to us. We had ordered the lounge from the other shop, but when we saw the lounge in Sauve furniture we loved it so we ordered it from your shop at the cost of loosing the deposit from other shop. We were told that it would be delivered on time no matter what even when these covid things were on. We believed and trusted them. Now after the day of the delivery has gone, no one bothered to contact us and update about the situation. We are told to get half now, month later of promise date and other half may be month's later. When asked about the refund, we are given blatant reply of NO. Now we do not have the money nor the lounge. This is stressful and disappointing .

I bought King size bed with mattress and 2 bedside table. The guy who helped me in the store named Ari was very professional and helpful. After delivery found 2 protruding nail on top of underneth bedhead. I called the store next day, but they said these nails are protruding in every single bed we have got and can not help with this. So if there is any manufacturing defect it should covered under consumer law. Apparently one of the guy from store told me you already got it cheap so we can't do nothing. Very disappointed with the service as i emailed them so many times but still no resolution. They didn't even reply back my single email. Waiting for the owner's response?

We knew what we wanted as a family member already has one. We went in to purchase and was told we were getting the best price when we queried what they could do. The next day when we went to show a friend what we bought it came up $100 cheaper at a store that is part of the same homemaker group as Suave. After contacting them about this they said if we had found that before we ordered we probably would have got the cheaper price but because they have our deposit already too bad for us. So I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Thanks Jansi and James. Couldn’t be happier with service I received from you guys. Second purchase with this company, and had great experience. My last piece was a special order extension table so I was quoted 6 weeks, unfortunately it was delayed. Jansi was extremely helpful and patient finding us different piece but couldn’t find anything, thank you james for processing my refund very impressed with Suave’s willingness to stand by it’s offer. we would highly recommend their service and products.

Extremely rude salesperson (Ari) at the Hoppers Crossing store who provided horrible customer service to us. Won't deliver the order on the agreed date and won't provide an alternate solution either. Just hangs up the phone on you. When complained to the head office, the excuse given was that this salesman is going through a messy divorce. Not good enough reason for such bad behaviour! Avoid this store at all costs.

Never trust them for the delivery dates. We had really bad experience. Jim the manager of the store was really good and he understood the issue but I guess no one in office was really to listen. Our delivery was promised in mid may but no delivery till mid July and they would not even cancel our order and refund our deposit. We had lot of issues.

Our experience with suave has been amazing. They are very friendly and helpful and not push on sales at all. You feel comfortable when shopping here weather you are browsing or buying. The whole process has been wonderful and the delivery was on point too. But most of all the product is AMZING. it looks beautiful in our home.

Highly unprofessional outfit. Been lied to and falsely sold items. Team refuses to accept mistakes and I have also been incorrectly charged. I bought a Victorian bed for $1500 from suave furniture Hoppers Crossing and was quite disappointed. After a month's wait, they delivered and assembled the bed but I never got to sleep on it. The headboard detached from the rail, protruding screws and the support legs were all bent. Waiting to confront them tomorrow morning.

Recently bought a lounge suit here. Ali extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We did all the rounds of the furniture shops in the area, as you do, and they were the only ones where i could choose at least 4 lounge suits from. They have lounges that are comfortable and priced well. Very helpful people who know their stuff.

They have some unique and great looking furniture. The prices are on the premium side, so if you are looking for budget furniture then Suave might not be the first option. Having said that, it is worth looking at as the furniture is pretty fantastic
