Recently visited Suave, for what I falsely believed was going to be a good experience. Loved a couch and wanted to place a deposit to lock in the price, one of their co-workers then gave us a lock in price of $200, and we were told repeatedly we would need to pay the 30% deposit before they would place the order. Couple of weeks later, we changed our minds and requested the return of our deposit. They declined. We requested our deposit be moved to another order we had placed. however they declined to return our deposit, stating that they had already placed the order, despite their policy to receive 30% prior to placing an order, They also declined our request to move across our funds to another existing item in store, which we had also placed an order for. Our only option was to place another order on another item of equal or greater value. As a result of their incompetence and failure to follow their own rules, in awaiting for the 30% deposit, we are now out of pocket of $200 They claim, "The couch will need to be sold as on floor stock" Interestingly recent Google reviews suggest they do not sell floor stock. DO NOT make the same mistake we made, and DO NOT give these people any of your hard earned money.

We bought a rather expensive coffee table from Suave recently, which we loved and preferred after extensively shopping around at many other major stores. Upon delivery we notices a few issues, one which looked like a manufacturing defect that looked excessive to the "minor imperfections that may be observed with the type of timber used", and an obvious damage defect, albeit small in one of the corners that looked it may have been impacted during transit or storage. After reporting the defect to Joe and the head office with photographic evidence straight after pickup, within a few days we were told to bring it in and they promptly substituted it with a replacement that was shown to me prior to transporting home to ensure I was happy with the replacement product which was top notch. Great service, polite and friendly sales people and a no hassles approach to resolving an issue putting the customer first. My wife and I will be back again for our future furniture needs.

Do not buy from them. We placed an order 11 months ago and still haven't received our furnitures. While I do know about shipping and manufacturing delays, it is hard to believe that our order of 3 products couldn't be fulfilled given a year time. They had our deposit and full payment and still wouldn't bother to communicate with us on the where abouts of our products. Worse is that when they finally said they could deliver our stocks, they called us the day before delivery to tell us it was a lie and our chairs were not in stock and they could only fulfill 1/2 of our orders. The only thing they could provide is part shipment/free shipment. For our trouble that type of customer service is shameful. Do not waste your money and time

Just bought a bed frame and mattress today, it comes in mid February, bit of a wait but it'll do. Very happy with the customer service, top notch quality mattresses I tested out and bed frames that I saw were of excellent quality but a bit steep with my price range, might have to save up a bit next time LOL. Would recommend this place for people that would like to purchase furniture at every budget level, even the lady that was in the showroom today helped me out with budgeting and pricing and she was friendly. Suave Furniture, I thank you and I'll make sure to buy more furniture from your shop in the future and when I have saved up a bit more haha.

Suave were great to us. From the sales and warehouse staff to the delivery process, they were informative and helpful along every step of the way. We ordered our furniture months ago and have had problems with our build. They were patient enough to hold the furniture for weeks while their warehouse was empty and as we wait for our build to be complete. When the furniture was delivered, there was a minor scratch which suave have organised to assess and fix. We appreciate the patience and continued support and couldn't recommend them enough.

We LOVED the style, quality and price of the Sauve Products. The staff at the Taylors Lakes store made the purchasing process smooth. Their product knowledge, honesty and transparency with product quality and availability made the experience a very pleasant one and has had us return to the store for more. I would highly recommend Sauve. We absolutely love all the pieces we have bought form Suave Furniture.

You guys are amazing, purchased a dining table yesterday (Tuesday afternoon) and you went out of your way to deliver the table to me the next day, even though the delivery schedule was fully booked out, fabulous service. I had a fantastic experience at the furniture store. The staff were exceptionally attentive, guiding me through the selection process. The quality of the furniture surpassed my expectations, and the quick delivery was a pleasant surprise. The option for amazing customization added a unique touch to my purchases. Overall, a highly recommendable store for its service and quality offerings.

Purchased a mattress for mum, after clearly stating she was after a firm mattress the sales rep barely assisted her and sold her the wrong mattress. We then advised she would like a firm one however they did not assist. We spent $5,000 at this place and we weren't satisfied with any of their assistance. Have reached out to the ombudsman & consumer affairs. Do not shop here.

Our experience at the Taylors Lakes store was very positive. They followed through with delivery of our leather lounge as agreed. After delivery we noticed a few small imperfections in the leather we contacted the Suave store and they sent a person to inspect it, he advised they will try to replace the affected head rest and we are waiting for the outcome.

Great service from Olia. Not pushy at all, she is kind and informative. Went to four different places, the staff jump on you & follow you around which made us very uncomfortable. Not at Suave. Found Suave had nicest bedroom settings & a fair price. Ended up purchasing a bedroom setting and king bed to match. I’d definitely recommend.

After a 45 minute drive we were told we could not purchase the floor stock coffee table we like but could purchase could inexplicably purchase the same model one that had a different grain.. that we didnt like. Bizarre wont be shopping at Suave again.

Do NOT buy from this company. we have been waiting for a bed to be delivered for 4 months. Communication is horrible (non existent). Add to the issue is when the claim to deliver they don't turn up. DON'T waste your time with Suave.............
