The registrar office is located in anterior place, not visible from main road as expected. However the premises is spacious inside and is inside own government building. There is a good parking space available. Coming to the working/functioning of the office, the citizens are encouraged to come through agents/document-writers instead of trying by themselves. May be it's because bothe the officials and document-writers can earn extra bucks. However, this practice is not unique, but is same across all the registrar offices throughout the state.

Yesterday we submitted online application for registration of my son's marriage and got a message to visit Sub-registrar's office on today ie 26.08.2022. Accordingly, my son, daughter-in-law, my self with 2 witnesses visited the office late in the afternoon however, the Sub-registrar was kind enough to complete the process and immediately, we received the Certificate of Marriage. Request all the people to submit this type of applications online without resorting to Brokers. - Yugandhar Poshala

Very systematic work flow. Very helping and Cooperative staff. Ample sitting arrangement for waiting applicants. Enough greenery inside the compound making the waiting area cool and comfortable.Parking just a few mtrs adjacent to the office as well as outside the premises near the main road. Property as well as Marriage registration is done.

Sub registrar was very co operative and down to earth. the location for new people will be a bit confusable but people will navigate you if you request address. well maintained. . . fans, drinking water, wide seating, pin drop silence, everyone does their job. really felt proud of telangana after seeing govt. office like that.

Wondering if the New building's approach to cater their services for general public is easier or not.. But my work went through like a piece of cake.. SRO MALKAJGIRI office is Located just adjacent to the Railway tracks on the Right side of the road after Vinayak Nagar bus stop. Very easily accessible with ample parking space

The street we have the Sub Registrar's office, is a mess. It's very narrow, people coming there are too many. They park their scooters, motorcycles really haphazardly, exactly like true Indians. Just behind is a school. They also use the same narrow street. What a chaos.

Got marriage certified done, it was so quick. Things have improved so much. No broker , just register online and pay 225 INR , book the date, get 3 witness. For age proof submit 10th class certificate, marriage photo, original wedding card invitation. And done ✅

Here very Disappointed and Very delay workers always been waiting for much time for any work some people would work ok but many was delaying I think Sub Register must be Strong and good to work Properly. Here Agents are much be Entertained for faster process.

Well organized, systematic, courteous staff. Spacious with no overcrowding. Ample seating area outside. No time wasted. Many shops are around the complex that deal with various documentations, laminations, colour printouts, Xerox, etc. No hotels around.

Taking too much time for Doc scanning after completing all the formalities .it's taking more than a week to send opt and to hand over the documents to the party. SRO to pl rectify this inconvenience to public at the earliest .

Sub Registrar office at Malkajgiri need to have more seating arrangements, as we are approaching peak summer it was very difficult for me to stand for a long time at last I got a seat to sit.

Customers friendly TG Government employees.I went for 200rs Frankling on bank bond paper and I had no change of 500rs but they adjusted for themselves and completed my work within seconds.
