I had given my car for Full body work and repaint. And being authorised center was expecting good quality work. But regretted the decision of giving my car for work there. Denting quality is bad, completely miss the lines of wheel arc and door had dents on it which post denting missed the body lines. Painting work is not upto the mark. Lambi putti was not levelled up properly so could see the line post painting. The paint cutting was not done properly. I could feel the parts of the car as if i was moving my hand over a polish paper. It was such rough When i took delivery of car didn't notice these flaws and but post 1-2 days immediately got the flaws. Called Abhishek ji and they took it for rework. And 2-3 panels were repainted again but, i noticed the same flaws again while taking the delivery after rework. There was rough paint, patches of rough paint work on bonnet, roof was rough, rear bumper was painted popped up. I was assured by Abhishek ji that these will be taken care off and paint cutting will be done again properly to achieve the smooth and proper finish.. You can take your car now and leave later as i had some work so had to take car. Today when i went to check the car just the rear bumper was repainted . The bonnet marks were left as it is saying that is fresh mark as you had taken car and got now. Regarding the paint cutting Paul Ji had idea and didn't take any ownership of it saying it was good when we delivered. Today when i went to take delivery of my car for found more scratches on car. Showed it to them, they tried to remove it with polish, but no change it didn't go. Their answer was to take it to professional polish, yaha thik se nahi hota. Really had bad experience. All the work is still rough and ignored the bad quality of work. They don't take ownership of their work at all. And is given is fake promises. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SUBALAKSHA MOTORS FOR BODY WORK. PRETTY BAD TO KEEP THE PROMISES.

Positives: knowledgeable mechanics and SA. Reasonable labour charge. Slightly higher than local FNG - understandable since its a proper workshop. They have working painting booth. Naeem Varekar came across as a good mechanic - composed and explained all things in detail. Few things they could improve. Slightly slower work. They dont have spare parts shop within. Though they have all bosch parts. Imagine they tried to attach an OBD which costs 200 rs in market. I was surprised and the response was not satisfying. My car was there for 10 days and they coudnt arrange a professional OBD till the end. Day to day communication is missing on the work being done though addressed properly when i called. Approach roads are pathetic though its outside their control. Will i go again ? Yes, better than many i have seen.

It was a terrible experience with the service center. There was a car repair under my insurance policy, but it wasn't done well. Firstly, the contact person had terrible communication, making false promises about the progress of the work and when the vehicle would be delivered. I had clearly mentioned I had an outstation trip planned on a particular date and got the delivery the night before. During delivery, we complained about the noise coming from the door close, and that's when they realized it was due. They've started calling the mechanic to make some last-minute hybrid solution instead of a proper permanent fix after complaining. I used Google reviews for garage selection but it was a pain to get the simple service done. I would recommend avoid using the service if you are looking for smooth process.

This is a resourceful garage and experienced staff. I’ve got some paint job and repair work done with the workshop. It’s comparatively new in the locality but very resourceful and ample space for the vehicles. It might be little difficult to find this place initially but trust the Google maps till you reach. A little follow up might be required like almost all the workshops. But it’s okay.

Passenger windshield broke of my ford Ecosport, In 8yrs i have never serviced it outside the company service,but got it serviced this time. I must say they know their job very well. Though the shop closes at 7,the owners waited for me till 7.30 to reach & did the job perfectly. Would ask everyone to try it once.

Gave my Ford Freestyle for servicing here. They did very good job and I can literally feel the difference of nice job. They identified suspension issue which I already knew and had and fixed it pretty good.
