From the first phone call I received after making an online enquiry right up until the day I picked up my car the whole team at Subaru Narellan were outstanding. My situation, a little unique saw a few hiccups from the RMS, but despite this Tahli and her team went above and beyond to ensure I got into my car as soon as possible. Went to Subaru Narellan look for a new Crosstek (I had purchased a new car (not a Subaru) in July 2023. Was not happy with it from the day I drove it home). Subaru sales rep Walid was polite and very knowledgeable giving me comprehensive details of the Crosstek. We went for a test drive where he was able to show and explain the features of this vehicle.
