Outstanding service every time. This facility has a repair shop and dealership. I always take my Forester to Subaru Somerset West. Even the major service and pretty major repairs I've had done were finished on the same day. And when they give you a time that the car will be ready by, they call you not a minute later. Communication is excellent, quality of work is excellent, and they always go the extra mile. I recently bought a previously owned Forester and the entire experience was a pleasure. The car is in outstanding condition, even though it is a 2010 model. Big thanks to Anthony for the utmost professionalism. If you have a Subaru or want one, there's no better place to go.

Suzie Heese, the lady who took charge on 5 December 2019 when I booked my car in was rude, unwilling to help, rolled her eyes and sighed. She wanted us to accept that Subaru can only attend to my car in January 2020. This is unacceptable due to the fact that the car is under warrantee and I traveled less than 4000km with it. We understood that their book is full. We merely want them to investigate what the problem with the clutch could be. We were called petty and unreasonable because we wanted proof of our booking date...this is our first bad experience with Subaru unfortunately Suzie was there

Having used other Subaru dealers before that left me unhappy, I am finally content with finding the best Subaru dealer, Somerset west. Albeit a bit far from any other dealer, I know that my vehicle is in the best hands. They are just that good. Privately owned with an incredibly experienced workshop. From day one when we bought our Forester in 2006 , we have always had excellent service. We always get a reminder when it's due for service. I have taken my Subaru Forester to 3 different subaru dealerships around cape town for a service and Somerset West is hands down the best service you'll get. You get to speak to the mechanic who spends time explaining what the best options are for repairs. The cost of parts and labour are very well priced ... Far better than the rest of Cape Town plus you get better service.

We visited several dealers today to purchase a car. Settled on an a Volvo XC60 in the end. The sales representative was so atrocious, and everything from the ‘welcome’ to where we turned our backs and walked was poor. Our worst customer service experience in automotive ever. Very bad service from this branch. Parts department goes on lunch and never returns phone calls. I drive a Subaru and I needed a part to fix my car.Took my number and vin numbers of my car and never return my calls .Very disappointed and will never ever call or do business with this branch in strand. It's terrible.No star deservesa star.

An absolutely pleasant experience walking into Subaru's dealership. I was met by Dene, test drove a vehicle after discussing it in great detail, and left all the more smarter on what they have to offer, business card & brochure in hand. Sales manager was very helpful when trying to buy a car while I was still in the UK. Then all of a sudden just stopped replying to emails. Followed up two more times with no reply. Ended up buying a Forester from Subaru Bryanston. Much better experience. Edit: Please do send those emails as I still haven’t received anything.
