I ventured in from a cold night to get myself some Subway. Moments before I was on my way to McDonalds when I thought, you know what, I'm gonna treat myself to a Subway! I waited a few minutes to be served by a guy who seemed to not be too interested in working, it seemed all his friends were out partying and he was stuck at work! I asked for a 6 inch Chipotle Chicken on flatbread and a drink. He informed me they had no flatbread so proceeded to give me Italian. He started mine then placed it in the oven to melt the cheese. He finished serving the guys before me, and left my sub in the oven for around 2-3 minutes. I paid, poured myself a Sprite, to find it have no flavour (basically soda water) so changed it for a Fanta, that was just soda water with orange squash in! Not the best experience to say the least, but I ate it! I was Hank Marvin!

I ordered to collect in store. They claimed they hadn't received my order. I understand that mix-ups happen, and maybe there was a problem with the online service or something, but they outright refused to look at my receipt or consider that something might have gone wrong at their end. Instead they actually said "this is Subway's problem, not ours", which is a pretty ridiculous thing for someone who is working at a Subway to say. Now having to go through the whole rigmarole of making a formal complaint to get a refund from PayPal, when I should be eating some subs with my family.

I went in for a salad box at this very subway (upper Islington) and my belly had a nightmare afterwards. The waitress was friendly I must say, however, the salad had tiny bits of moving insects and I only realised after eating it halfway through . I threw the rest away but when I got home later in the evening, my belly went on a rumbling and runny marathon. Jeez 1 star in terms of food quality. So sad - I felt like I wasted my money

Had a lot of bad subway experiences lately, so was reluctant to come here, glad I did though. Very friendly and helpful staff as I tried to use a coupon in 2 other branches and they wouldn't help. Poppy was very nice and even showed us how to get a free cookie. Highly recommend the store. Clean store and fresh tasty food.

Ordered off Uber eats, firstly when did you ever have to pay for more then 1 sauce in the sub? Anyways paid for the extra sauce and they sent it in a separate tub? What’s the good in that I want it in the sub why on earth would you send it separate. Whoever cut the peppers was just lazy they were huge not cut properly at all. Overall very overpriced for poor quality and service.

I absolutely enjoyed my order. I got the salad bowl for the first time and I must tell you it tasted so yummy and fresh. Customer service was great. Sometimes go to subway and order a salad bowl for a change. It’s not everyday cheese and toasted bread. It will change your life trust me. I honestly never knew getting salad from subway could taste so good.

Got a leaflet through the door with meal deals....My husband went there and was told we don't do these deals here, So my husband said did subway put this through my door for a joke? To which the man said oh I can do it for you... totally disrespectful

I went in to buy a sandwich he told me they closed . So I got out into my car , after 5 minutes he starts serving. I went in again and told him you said you were closed now your serving he replied that time I was having a cigarette . What a disaster

Standard subway sandwiches. Clearly this is not fine dining, but if you’re a fan of subway, this is will satisfying you well. I usually order the roasted chicken in hearty Italian bread. Have yet to be disappointed.

they never make my sub of the day sandwich because they apparently ‘do not have it’ every time i go to this particular branch, they always deny my order. rude staff, and dirty shop. thanks for coming to my ted talk.

Always handy to pop here for a quick lunch bite. Friendly staff and fresh, tasty and well prepared food. Usually get 6 inch steak and cheese but tried the chicken nacho and was pleasantly surprised!!!

This is the rudest service I’ve received in a long while. The product is basically the same but the beyond awkward experience of ordering means I’ll avoid this branch in future.

UK subway is terrible. They’re really stingy with their serving sizes and there’s much less option as compared to USA

Everything tastes the same. Just tell the guy how much you want to pay and he will put a load of processed meat and semi-fresh salad on a squashed bun to meet your needs.

Just a regular subway. No restroom or a sink to wash your hands. The survice wasn't a good one and cleanliness could be better
