Went to this Subway in Morden for the first time. Even though it says in the Subway app that I can get a free Snack or Side with 250 Points, I was REFUSED for a toasted bite! Instead they offered me hash browns etc… I even told them that it’s included in the points, but they didn’t seem to understand. I didn’t want to argue so I asked them for Large Potato wedges. But then again they said you can only get Regulars and gave me a very tiny amount of potato wedges which they didn’t even heat up properly! When I asked them, if I could at least have a bag they asked for 10p for that cheap bag! I left the store! How can they refuse customers to give them what they actually want? Just because they are not informed properly. If 500 points can get you a 6 inch Sub, then 250 points can get you easily a toasted bite! Never ever going back to their Store! They really need fully trained staff and not just people working there to make through the day!!! Terrible Customer Service!

Extremely poor service by this branch. Asked for a foot long Vegie Delight and the staff was looking all over the place clearly not knowing what it was. Found out he was a new staff, fair enough. I was then served by a young woman. I had to pay £5.49 including a tiny bag that cost 10 p ( a rip off!) Sainsbury's or Asda will give me a bigger carrier bag for that money. I gave £20.49 to the woman but she didn't give me £15 back and when I asked for my change, said said she already gave me!! Anyway, she gave money without aplogising for her mistake. I had very bad experience. This used to be a better branch before but it appears some new people are running it now who are non professional and care less about good customer service.

I have never received such poor customer service. The staff within this Subway were extremely rude, impertinent, and ill-mannered. After making my sandwich with the incorrect bread, the staff members refused to give me a new sandwich (which I would of preferred) or my money back. When asking to see the manager I was told that he was not in, and one of the staff members removed their name badge which meant that I was unable to see there name. This event happened while there were many customers in the store, and caused me a lot of embarrassment. In the end, I was finally chucked my sandwich. Very disappointed, and I will definitely not be returning.

This is by far the worst subway I have even been too, the first time I went I ordered a salad and he was so stingy with all of the ingredients, few weeks later I went back expecting it to be much better, so I ordered a salad again and again the portion was so little I even asked for more and the little bit he added wasn't even worth in, then I asked it they had anymore cookies and he told me they were completely out. I only gave this place another try because it was walking distance for me but I'd rather go further for better service. AVOID AT ALL COST,ITS NOT EVEN WORTH IT!!!! One star is generous

Few times ordering through UberEats, 2 times my bread wasn't toasted and I do always check toast. Another 3 times I order and pay for extra cheese and my sandwich comes with no cheese at all. Today I wrote to UberEats and they have refunded me for the extra cheese, but I had to eat sandwich without any cheese. Stay well away this store, terrible service.

As compared with other Subway branches, this one isn't great but the reason i give four stars is because the staff had generally always been helpful and cheerful. Although if you're like me and like your bread extra toasted then you might want to keep emphasising this point as after saying this twice, they still didn't toast to my liking. Not stingy with toppings, very generous

Staff speaking only foreign language to each other in front of customers, which seems rude and I felt like they spoke about me understanding just single words . Both ladies serving been careless and rude. Speaking on the phone while serving. I will be back sometimes cos sometimes I need a quick breakfast but the service is horrible

Always go subway but every time I go to this one I have to wait about 5 minutes every time I go there. Staff go on there phones around the back and ignore their customers. I've walked out 3 times before as I have waited so long and even when I ask if they can serve me still get ignored.

This is without exception the worst subway in the UK! Half measures, old salad. Each time I went thought might improve but last visit definitely final. They were scraping at the bottom of limp lettuce and needed prompting to change. Despite this the new salad was disgusting! Avoid

Tried when I was inebriated to cheat me out of my change. I called them on it, they tried to negotiate what they would give me back, and ended up giving it all if I left quickly and quietly. Crooks through and through. Don't ever use these people. Gives the franchise a bad name.

ANTS! This place has ANTS crawling all around the drink taps which is next to the food. I didn't see any around the salads and filling but I know they are there. I know. I went couple weeks ago and I saw them, then I forgot about it then I went back and saw them again!

Never used this branch before. Went in at lunchtime and got takeaway. The Italian cheese and herb bread overcooked that its rock hard and inedible. Hard to determine if overcooked or stale, or both. Just ate contents and threw bread in the bin. More

Im visiting from Canada and staying in Morden for 2 months. So far ive gone to this location 6 or 7times the last 1 month and I always get great food and service. Moat of the time I get served by Mari and she's great! Keep up the good work!

All the staff are very polite and quick in service with offering for a meal deal plus this Is the cleanliest subway I've ever been to so hats off to all te staff who's working there, defenetly going back again and recommend others

Absolutely terrible place, over charged the person in front of me, then took so long trying to sort it allowed my food to go cold! Then incorrectly charged me for what I ordered. Would recommend you stay away from this place.

The sandwich was top notch but their chocolate chip cookie was absolutely amazing! Crisp outside but succulent in the middle. No joke, my experience today was life changing. 5+ Stars

The service is terribly slow, the sauces are heavily diluted with vinegar and thus overly runny. The taste of the food is just there... I had a stomach ache after eating the food.

Good food, but forgot part of order twice on uber eats. Will not be ordering them online anymore, will maybe go in store but not particularly happy with them overall.

Do you guys have something against wrapping the sandwiches you send out for delivery? WHY are they not wrapped? It's gross and impossible to eat without a spoon!

There is only one staff to do everything. It takes long time to wait in every step and finally get to pay, if there are more than 2 customers at the same time.

When ordering of just eat, it was said the food had been delivered and never arrived. This has now happened twice. (not just eats fault)
