Disappointed with the online Kingston Upon Thames. There is short guy who always in a mood to say that they don't allow dine-in. Thrice has he denied and once he said 'cleaning' as the reason. It's very customer unfriendly when you get the feeling that you are unwelcome. Maybe Subway should train these customer facing guys. Having said that the other guy who mostly is in kitchen is very friendly. May be a swap is needed. After 3 times stopped going as there are lot other options close by. Food is great as with any other subway.

Picked up a voucher which were being handed out on the high street. Buy "any sandwich" and make it a meal for only £1. Ok! Then had to argue with man at till who claimed offer was only for the cheap sandwiches, despite voucher not saying this anywhere on it. He eventually gave in. To top it all off, I was given the wong sandwich, mixed up with a woman who had been waiting patiently for them to redeem my voucher. Luckily she twigged around the same time as me and we were able to swap them a few minutes later. This was the Subway on Kingston market btw.

I had like to share my fantastic experience at Subway Kingston. The service was exceptional, and Priyanka, one of their staff members, went above and beyond to assist me. She guided me through the new menu and helped me discover delicious subs that I hadn't tried before. Previously, I used to create my own subs, but now, thanks to her help, I can easily order from the menu. Kudos to the Subway team, and a big thanks to Priyanka for her outstanding customer service!

One employee, young woman possibly of East African descent, was extremely rude. She was swearing at me non stop, refused to finish the order and almost physically attacked me in the store. Another customer had to intervene to get her away from me. Terrible service with unprofessional, verbally abusive, rude staff.

Had food delivered via Uber eats. Subway messed up my order. Sandwich was delivered with no meat inside and no hash brown as i ordered. I can completely understand that everyone makes mistakes but when I called (several times), no one answered. Why have a contact number if you not going to answer calls from customers? Horrible customer service

Uber eats forces you to pick two sauces so i picked no sauce as my 2nd and you ignored the bbq sauce as my 1st. Thanks for the cookie though, but next time you want to bribe me for ratings get my order right :)

Kingston subway service is very good and fast there is no wait and they are very straightforward with the service and also helpful. I’ve been here before and they also make there food well and very fast.

Standard subway, with friendlier staff, but with fewer seating areas. There are always deals with subway and you must abuse them, to get the most out of your money. My favourite sub is: steak, cheese, onions, bbq/honey sauce, footlong. Simple and to die for if you love steak.

The sub is alright, but the staff have their buddy chilling there and they tell me "Sorry, we only do takeaway". Basically shooing me away. They clearly don't teach them customer service over there at Subway HQ.

Fairly average for a subway. Service is OK, and the food is reasonable. Good location. I expect that it picks up a lot of its custom from commuters. Have never had any problems with things not being fresh, although I tend to stick with the same few things.

False advertising. I will report this. They have a sign saying £5.99 for 6 inch sand which plus crisps and a can. But they charged me 7.99, arguing this was just for the classic. This wasn’t indicated anywhere. Not buying ever again in Subway.

Can't really go wrong with Subway. Standardized format across the world. Been to multiple Subway locations across the world and rarely disappointed. There is a reason why it's the 3rd largest fast food chain in the world .

Not a subway to reckon, service was below par and food freshness terrible. The lettuce and tomatos were very terribly bad, cancelled the ordered after an argument since the guy working there refused to change the salads.

Very disappointing, stingy with their portions. 2 slices of cucumber, a few strands if lettuce, a few onion slices & a couple of olive slices. Average customer service, no matter how desperately hungry you are-avoid!!!

I was served my young man, named Bryce. He was very polite, and made sure my customised sandwich is exactly as I wanted. Good food to go or to eat in (few tables avaliable). Food is also not too pricy, and tasty.

Decent Subway restaurant, food is as expected for the sandwich chain, staff are polite and nice, though the night time security guards are extremely rude and unfriendly towards paying customers.

Vouchers are always being handed out around town so its always a good place for lunch. The queue can back up quite a bit there depending on the time of day so pick your lunchtimes wisely.

Three times I have been there after a hard night shift: always friendly & helpful staff, EXCELLENT VALUE breakfast (best in town, by a mile), and totally DELICIOUS. Highly recommended!

Very consistent quality of both food and service, even when crowded. The location is fairly small and there is only limited seating, but usually not to bad even during the lunch rush.

Ordered 2 burgers and two drinks at Five Guys came to nearly 30 quid! Walked out and over the road to subway. 2 tasty foodlong subs and a drink for just over a tenner.

Just a regular subway. Good if in a rush and need some reasonably priced food but I'm never blown away by quality or taste to be honest. Nice staff here though
