Decided on Subway for lunch today, my husband went to get it. He ordered my usual BLT on hearty Italian bread and when I unwrapped it back at home the bread was extremely anaemic and obviously barely baked through and the bacon was cold and limp and had evidently not been cooked. I had asked for the sandwich not to be toasted but I know from being a long-standing subway customer that if you don’t have a bacon sub toasted, they put the bacon in their grill for a few minutes first. I asked my husband if they had just taken the cold bacon out of the tub and put it uncooked in the sandwich and he said yes. He didn’t realise it needed to be cooked as he doesn’t usually order a BLT for himself but even so, I’m astounded that whoever made the sandwich would just put the cold strips of bacon straight in the sandwich. I’ve NEVER seen that done before. I know technically the bacon is already cooked and just cold but to not at least put it under the grill is....something else. I’m 9 months pregnant so didn’t feel safe eating it cold or trying to heat it at home. It went to waste, sadly. Can’t get my head around why on Earth the staff wouldn’t prepare the bacon properly! The bread in my husbands sandwich also looked pretty doughy and raw. Really disappointing. Will know better next time and won’t use this branch again.

Food is fine but when I went, there was only one staff member working there and as he was slow to make the sandwiches, a queue was forming. No apologies from staff member about the long wait even though I was next inline. People behind me were getting impatient also as the wait was unusually long for a Subway. Later day (mid afternoon-ish) when I went back, shop was closed (door locked ). Guy probably went to lunch. While people need to have a break /have, lunch, why is a chain/Franchise only manned by one person? Not great and inconvenient. Also, no sign on door to say so and when he shop would reopen.

The service at the outlet is sadly very poor. Irrespective of who serves you at the outlet, salad is ALWAYS scanty. It is embarrassing, even a veggie delight can look slim and tidy. Staff are rude. Today a member of staff bends across to educate me on what a kids pack can contain as if I was at the other end serving myself. When it was his colleague, who made the sandwich, that was needing the education. After that humiliation I realised the sauce was not what I had asked for and to make matters worse I got one cookie & a drink less.

Place isn't clean. Two staff members today neither were friendly one completely not presentable for work or to serve food.. The guy who served me has tried. He had on green 'uniform' teeshirt and his hair tied back. The young lady was grubby in a pink sweatshirt and her very long hair which she was constantly touching, was hanging loosely all over the food. Not impressed. Hope I don't get sick from my Taco Beef mini wrap! Where's the area manager why haven't thet visited this shop that's letting you down?

Absolutely bad. Who on earth employed these people. Ordered 2 meal deals and only received 2 sandwiches.. no drinks, crisps or cookies. And not only that both of my breads was wrong, Food was cold and un toasted. It seems to me they can't read a sinple order because this is not the first time its happened. Just made a purchase in the beckenham branch and the staff was so impolite. After collecting cash from the previous customer she used the same gloves to put the veg unto my sandwich. When I asked her if that isn't the same gloves she just used to collect cash just now she said no she used the other hand and just threw down my sandwich and moved on to the next customer. How rude and unsanitary.That's one more customer you've just lost.

Ordered a sub with a Tango Orange, delivers the wrong drink so I phoned up to ask why I got the wrong drink. Despite delivering tells me to come into store to change it, turns out they don't have the drink I asked for so sends me whatever they wish without phoning me to tell me in advance. Then they have to cheek to tell me "come on it's just a drink". Top customer service! Definitely recommend.

Just ordered from here and never would again. Don't follow order instructions... Toasted something when I specifically asked for it not to be... Why would I want a load of hot salad?? Disgusting went in the bin. £12!!! Rang up store and wouldn't send another one out. Told me to talk to just eat... Let's see if they refund me.

Staff are rude, put no effort into making the food and are incredibly difficult to talk to.. especially when they have AIRPODS IN THE WHOLE TIME! Manners aren't that hard. Asked for a Salad Pot (Turkey and Ham) and the woman gave me 1 piece of ham and half a piece of turkey.. I work in an office of 12 and we go to Subway regularly but the staff in there put us off HUGELY!!

I would definitely recommend this shop. Boy with a name start with S. he is amazing. The best subway chef. Shop is cleam, each veggie taste fresh. Customer service is FAST and kind. Great place to eat!

Ordered from Deliveroo, everything wrong! Bread was stale, meatballs were inedible as they were rock hard and burnt, cheese missing even though paid for extra cheese and hardly and sauce. £10 for a sandwich that had to be thrown away. Convinced they keep the stale food for deliveries. This would never be given to customers in the shop - I would hope!

Terrible experience from the female employee Sophia she was so rude had such an attitude I am giving 1 star due to the guy employee Nevon being quite polite who ended up finishing my order while the lady ran off to the back. The store was so messy rubbish all over the table and floors. They also didn't accept cash only cards which was sketchy.

The sandwiches are fine. The staff are not particularly inspiring but I suppose it's a boring job. The till is constantly going wrong so either you can't get your subway points or you can't use your credit card quite frankly it needs to be under new management I'm surprised subway allow it to remain in their group

Unbelievably slow service.. I lost 20 mins of my life I will never get back. If you’re in any kind of rush avoid this subway. Stickers on the glass saying “rememeber to recommend the Cesar sauce to customers” clearly on the wrong side of the glass. So I recommended it to him.. he wasn’t impressed.

I went to this branch a few times and the quality of the food is consistently not up to scratch compared to other (far better) Subways in London. The salad is not fresh - tastes weird, the meatballs are rock hard. Staff don’t seem to be attentive. The place is clean hence the 1/5.

My Veggie Delite turned out not to be a delight but a waste of time and money! Turned up with no vegetables in it! The single Star rating above is for the speed in which it got here! Maybe he drove so fast that the vegetables fell out. Who knows. Won't be ordering again.

We were left waiting for 15 mins whiles staff was talking to her manager on the phone. In the end we left whiles she was still on the phone. She could have informed her manager that there were customers. Very poor service at this subway.

The place has improved since it has been taken over. The hygiene is good and they always change their gloves when dealing with meat products, something I had to remind the previous staff to do. The staff are friendly and don't rush you.

Sign says ‘open’. Hours says open until 10pm on a Thursday. 8:20pm, door locked, worker inside shakes his head ‘no’ at me when I point to the open sign. Disappointed. False advertising.
