So I accidentally made an online mobile order to this store and I’ve worked at subway only about a month ago so I know for a fact they can do refunds for mobile orders, but I called and talked to the manager and they refused to give me a refund even though this store is an hour and a half away....I haven’t even been to this one but it’s obvious that they aren’t really even that good and don’t know a single thing because they won’t even give you a refund if you accidentally order from here even though it was the wrong store....don’t even bother going here!!

Debating on never going there again. I ordered a sandwich and while the gentleman made it, I thought it was a bit sloppy but no big deal. Fast forward to me reaching home (maybe 10mins later) and the sandwich is just disgusting. He put it together as if it was a hot dog. I asked for it toasted but the way the meat and bacon was mushed in, none of it actually cooked. The cheese was just a glob in one corner of the sandwich... So bad I'm leaving a review about a sandwich!!!

I will be coming up there tomorrow for my refund for the order a did today i was not able to get I called to cancel the order because it was the wrong subway I told them I stay in cypress station and that was like a 45 min drive they close at 9 I will not make it since I order at 8:20 she said no refund and hung up the phone when I tried to call back no answer I will be there to speak with a manger about the service you don’t hung up while a person is talking

I’ve been coming to this subway for years, YEARS and this is the first time I’ve had to make a bad review for this subway. first the chicken breast is so cold and uncooked even after it’s been in the toaster, nothing taste fresh anymore they really need to get there stuff together.

This Subway is fantastic ! The owner works right along with her crew ! They know what they are doing & they don't close up early, they are there until closing time. Very good service and food, very nice staff.

Small subway in a gas station. No where to sin inside to eat just outside. I recommend get you food and go. I didn't like the oatmeal cookies, subway brand of oatmeal cookies taste too much like cookie dough halfway cooked.

We love Subway but this location on this day was NOT good at all. Both of the Employees working rolled their eyes at me and my family and had a problem making our sandwiches our way. I really wanted to walk out and not pay for anything bc of how we were treated. Hopefully they can get their stuff together bc they are the closest and easiest thing to me.

I always come here but never again. I bought two footlongs and as soon I started eating one side, I noticed something black with something sticking out (leg). Even though it was smushed by the paper, why Would you give me a sandwich on a paper that has dead cockroach on it? Disgusting.

Love Subway so my opinion may be biased. Even though this particular Subway is small, the staff are all very nice and work really fast. I have seen a line out of the door several times and the employees had them gone really fast. Great place to grab some food on your lunch break.

Very friendly staff. One member even remembers my usual order after only a handful of visits. This subway actually has fresh veggies, which i cant say for other shops. Small and not easily seen, so the line is always short. Love it. This is the only subway ill go to

I like going to subway when I want to get my spicy Italian sub, I love that sandwich and I have it on flat bread. Will definitely go back.

The Subway is fantastic. It’s great that they make sure the customer’s order is done correctly. The only request is for the workers is to please ask the customers if they want their sandwich cut or not.

Y'all need to change the white dirty bowl y'all make the chop salads in.does not look good at all for your customers to see that. Buy a new bowl at Walmart for $3. Presentation is everything.

At first this location was okay now it's just trash! The sandwich makers are rude and disrespectful but can't even make a proper sandwich. I'll never eat at this location again.

The service is fast and efficient. The food is ok. Iv had better tasting subway sandwich’s at other locations but I frequent this location often. Overall good experience.

Wasn't it clean I saw people that was half cleaning the drink machine that works there the building need a lot of repairs in the roof just need to hold a good upgrade

Just as good as any other Subway I've been too! Good food, nice people. Nice little covered place to eat outside. The benches need fixed, they wobble!
