Ask for Evan, he puts the "awe" in awesome. (November 5th 2023, late lunch time) He made a couple of fantastic sandwiches. As far as the low rating for atmosphere, I got accosted a few times on the way in and out. I get it though that area was a "tent city" at one point not so long ago. Anyhow, thank you!

Always smell of freshly baked bread and their sandwiches are good too. I like how you can fix it up the way you like. This particular location on Runnels was not on point. I love Subway so I am not going to give a bad review. Oh yeah and can somebody please help me understand the rewards and how you use them. Also this particular location has not been open for a month or more......I wonder what that is all about.

The sandwich artist making masterpieces at 2:54pm on the nineteenth day of July of the year 2023 created 2 beautifully looking and tasting masterpieces!! By far the best sandwiches I’ve had from any Subway. This human needs recognition for their friendliness and attention to detail when creating such wonderful pieces of work.

2nd time coming here. Extremely friendly and so nice. They place close attention to detail! Food looks beautiful. But genuinely they care about their product making it one of the best subways I’ve had in a long while!

This place is nasty. Then when asked if a customer could use the restroom they claimed it was out of order. Yet one of the employees just came out of it. Wow, customer service means nothing anymore.

The women that cater here are excellent service friendly and I believe that they handle your meal with love the women that are there are very patient very polite 10 out of 10 rating for them.

Got here about 7 minutes before 9 and even right now as I type this it's 8:55 and their open sign is still lit up but the doors are locked and the workers can see me but are ignoring me

The employee was friendly and the lobby was clean. My sandwich was made properly and quickly, but the tomatoes and lettuce appeared a bit soft. Not inedible, just slightly soft.

Came in to get a sandwich but was unable to wash my hands because I was told I need to buy something first before I can use the facilities ... I will never come back here again!

The staff on duty was very nice. However, my husband and I were sick for 24 hours. We will definitely won't be back.
