Hello, I rarely give any reviews on restaurants. This time I had to because I read reviews complaining about this subway which are completely false. There is a review that says the after 3pm the place is closed. I know for a fact that this subway closes on 3 days a year if not less. I really hate when anyone can write a review and no one verifies the accuracy. And NO, I don't own this subway. I am a regular client and I enjoy going to this place. Are there things that could be improved, of course. We all can always improve. Some complaint about English (anglish another complained) but you have to understand that most of the employees that struggle with English are old persons, which, if you are just a little honest, must understand that it's difficult for them to learn another language but most of them try to speak English. I can go on and on and on but I won't. My experience has been excellent, they are attentive, they are friendly and they place is clean. I hope we all can review places not depending on our own mood that day...

Pretty standard Subway, though the bread has always been fresh here (over a couple dozen visits), the staff have always been quite pleasant and competent and I've always enjoyed my meal precisely as much as I expected to. Oh, and they'll happily warm chocolate-chip cookies up (an eye roll will cost you a star; deny my cookie warming request at your own peril). It isn't always the cleanest, and like any subway, from time to time there's no employees to be found for a few minutes after entering. It's not exceptional. But if you like Subway, this is a fine one.

First of all, they need to hire people who speak anglish clearly and effectively, this is America, we are a diverse land but we also need to be able to communicate with people who make our food. Also there are a bunch of you g girls who need to put the phone down and learn how to make a sandwich and listen to what people say. It's a sandwich, it's not that hard. These people want to make $15 an hour? Literally I wouldn't pay these people more than minimum wage. That opinion might change when they learn how to put meat on bread in the order I ask for it, but as of right now? Learn to speak English, learn to listen, and get off your phone.

Woman with gray colored ombre hair gave us a old torn piece of bread for our veggie foot long. When we asked her to give us another loaf, not only did she not throw the hard stale bread away but she gave us another loaf and cut it so roughly and aggressively that it tore the new loaf as well. Then we asked for new veggies patties as the 1 in the well had dried edges. For that we got an eye roll. Horrible customer service. And frankly her attitude was not needed nor desired. I should not be made to feel guilty for wanting fresh ingredients.. The darn slogan does say after all "eat fresh". Perhaps she needs more training however, I personally would not solicit that store again.. Negative 1 star

Ridiculous. I would suggest going to the Subway on West Grey not to far from this one. I asked for more olives and the lady asked someone else there, may have been a manager and she said no! Lol, "only six olives for a footlong." I love Subway, and have never had problems or have been told no like that, made me feel unwelcome. I even offered to pay more and they said no i could not have extra. Geez. I am going to personally drive further to not go this one, I still love Subway but that was an absurd experience.

New refresh means the old pricing and sandwiches are gone. Gotta treat it like a new restaurant. Coupons aren't valid for a couple groups of sandwiches, but no idea where to find them listed. Went a li'l light on toppings, have to watch and comment to make sure they make a full sandwich.

I like this Subway location. I do have to point out that the parking lot is small and hard to get out of depending on which way you're going though. However, the employees are always very friendly, the store is clean, and I've never been disappointed with the level of service I've received here. Also, I live right down the road, so I go here often. If you're in the market for a good sub, this could be your spot.

Staff is friendly and fast. This Subway is the best one that I have been to. They listen to you and make the food the way you want it. If you ask for your sandwich to be toasted slightly, just to melt the cheese. That is exactly what they do, not putting it in the toaster for 30 secs, forgetting about it and having the bread hard. This is a great subway and will continue to get my business.

It was a bad visit... ordered the foot long meat ball sub.. the meatballs were ice cold the girl wanted to argue with me about the temperature to meatball...i had call the manager and she wanted to argue with me also..i now food safety the meatballs should have been at least 155 degrees before serving and was no where near the temp.. won't be going back to any subway...

I give 0 stars if I could because these hours need to be updated every week. I’m not sure if the place has been shut down or there’s not many employees covering shifts but everytime I go to this subway on Shepherd and Richmond after 3 pm it’s always closed. Either this place needs to be updated or shut down completely.

I was honored a special request for a chicken-tuna-egg fungya salad, consisting of two finely diced chicken breast, two servings of tuna, and one flat egg adorned with onions, bell peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes; jalapeno peppers, mayo etc. I am very satisfied with such a clever concoction.

tried to go in, but saw that one employee was handling the fresh bread without a mask on. the other employee was putting hers on as she came out of the back -- so not wearing it before I came in. if youre really hungry, then go for it, but also be aware how your food is being prepared.

Rosa took my phone order for a large party and was a delight to speak to. She was very informative, very pleasant, and an asset to your location. I hope you keep her around and praise her. By the way I called three other locations and they didn’t answer before I called this location.

I was in there at 7 on 9/17 the two girls in there were just throwing my salad together talking in Spanish about me like I don’t understand. Never offered me salad dressing was very rude. I do not recommend this store

I usually go there for lunch and at times have ordered their party platter for the occasional office party and the staff has always been attentive to my needs, I give them 5 stars.

I love this location ! The 4 Hispanic ladies work so well together and get the line out quick!! Walked in at during lunch rush & got out just a few minutes after. Other locations nearby are slacking compared to S Shepherd.

It's the 3rd time I come in a week they have their restroom closed. They don't want to you use their restroom but they want to you spend money there . Ridiculous. Never will go back!

Sauce on meatball sandwich was scolding hot, I burned the inside of my mouth and had to wait a few minutes for it to cool of to continue eating. Other than that everything was good

Not very happy with subway lately, their food and cuatomer service are declining... Their lettuce sometimes is old and the employees lack customer service they need classes....

Order came through quickly. Very busy after 12Pm. That is probably why they missed the cheese that I ordered. Convenient location but Parking lot is tight.

They don’t follow directions at all. Even ordering through door dash my food is incorrect and then no one ever answers the phone. Poor service

This location has some of the nicest staff as opposed to the one located near the V.A.! Subs are tasty, especially the oven roasted chicken!
