I went to this location for the first time today since I was in the area and had a taste for something healthy. I always get a protein bowl so I know how they are made. The protein bowl is the equivalent of a foot long sandwich in terms of meat. I had to explain to the sandwich maker that since I was getting Ham and Turkey he would need to slice 6 pieces of ham and 6 pieces of turkey for a total of 12 slices of meat. He proceeded to lay the full slices on top of the salad when I explained that the meat was supposed to be cut into strips. At least that is how I'm used to it being prepared at other locations. He refused to slice the meat and opted to take one piece at a time and tear it by hand which took a long time. I tried to hint that he could get the job done faster by just putting all of the meat together on a piece of sandwich paper and slicing it in cross sections but he didn't get the hint and continued to tear the meat by hand. Now the sandwich maker may have been a new employee because he was young but the older woman who was watching him do this didn't correct him either. The meat shredded by hand and laid over all of the veggies didn't look very appetizing but I was willing to overlook it because I was hungry. I understand the the protein bowls are not common purchases at most locations but please have someone train the employees on how to prepare one for those few of us that want a breadless meal.

I had to ask the woman to fold my turkey and ham instead of laying it flat on the bread. She then asked if I wanted the pepperoni folded as well (being that I used to work at subway, you should know to fold your sliced meats that is standard not the pepperoni or salami) She also put double meat and cheese on the 6inch when I did not ask for it and wasn’t charged for it. They need better trainers otherwise she would know the correct way to make a sandwich so I do not blame her. The only upside was it’s a clean location.

I'm so thankful that this location has relocated so that it's easier to get to in a safer environment. Yet I was extremely disappointed when we went tonight to go pick up dinner for five people and the Clerk did absolutely nothing about the customers who were coming in with no masks. Yes there is a sign on the door and yes the staff probably doesn't make much more than the minimum wage yet until management makes it necessary that employees enforce the sign on the door, I don't think we'll be back.

Rude hispanic lady at the front sneezing in the food area and cleaning mouth and nose with bare hand before prepping sandwhich. Talking to co worker while im ordering food. Was not paying attention to my order at all. Kept asking me to repeat order because she kept talking to her co worker. Before I paid she said cash only and I only had a debit card SHE COULD HAVE SAID THAT FROM THE BEGINNING. WHAT A WASTE OF TIMEEEE WONT BE COMING BACK

I went to subway for my 30 min. Lunch break and the vegetables today were NOT FRESH they looked very dry. So I said to myself ehh no big deal BUT when I was half way eating my subway the chicken had a weird taste of metal like substance. I almost threw up and had to throw away the rest of my subway. I was NOT HAPPY. I really thought subway is supposed to cut the veggies fresh EVERY DAY n cook their meat as well but I guess not.

Theres always only one employee at the sandwich bar, even though it's busy while the other employee may be on the phone and not giving a damn about the customers or helping out the co-worker with the customer, they toast your sandwich while preparing the next customer one and by the time they go back to yours is all cold... they only toss the vegetables to the sandwich and its just not right

This location is sorry if I could have given this under 1 star I would have the employees are rude and unprofessional they never have certain items that's why they dont never have too much business and when they do get someone in there they don't do proper customer service I wonder how this location is still open they might as well shut it down cause I will never go back ever in life!!

Rude employees, asked for an extra patty on my salad, and i was told they can’t sell it like that. Then the employee asks me if I want a double salad. Tf!?!? Then I ask for spinach on my salad, and the employee hesitates to put it on the salad because she had already put cheese on it, so she puts it in a bag. Never again, I should’ve known better not to go to this location.

Super clean! Friendly staff. They're a bit slow at times but it doesn't help when people don't get off their phones to order! So you, person reading this, don't be playing on your phone when you're trying to order! The calls or texts or tikki tokkis or whatever can wait! Haha.

The employee Daisy was very rude. Slamming my sandwich and my cup hard on the counter. This was on Sunday 11/7/21. If she didn't feel like working then take your behind home. There is no need to treat customers that way. I would love to speak to a manager. I come in everyday. And it takes one punk to ruin it all for everyone.

My coworker and I went in 30 min before they closed. The worker was so nice and friendly! Our food was fresh bread was soft and she made them perfectly!! She was by her self on a Friday night and did great.

Purchased a subway a couple days the food was fine, but the customer service was lacking. I get it, youre young, first job, but if youre on the clock the least you can do is pay attention when a customers ordering instead of having a conversation about something non work related.

This place is trash. They won’t open on time, and they hide from the customer when you’re knocking at the closed door when you can see they are inside. They treat you badly and prepare your food very poorly. I already submitted a complaint to the franchise.

Ok first of all I'm making this review cause workers were very rude and charged over charged me combo meals and I stated 6 inch only sandwich and since they charge me both I said take off one why was the total more after taking one meal

If I could put no stars, I would. Not worthy of one star at all!!! Horrible customer service and the ladies serving were rude and limiting the regular serving amounts of meats and vegetables. Never coming back to this location again!

This location needs to.change the time they close, I just got here 9:43 pm and the employee said is closed because they locked the door at 8:00 and she already picked all the food up, why? Time to close is 10:00 pm on Google

Subway is the only ONE THAT I need to get me by the lunch time and I really Love the philly cheese steak sandwich, and I get to see the staff make it in front of me, so i'm sure THAT I will be satisfied with my meal!

Great place to get a little sandwich quick and easy. And it's around the area that I'm in. I was greeted at the door then was taken care of and less than 3 minutes. I would highly recommend

I have always had a good experience here at this Subway. Service is always fast and friendly. Restroom could be a little cleaner. But besides that it's a good spot for a quick lunch.

Very slow and line was going super slow, and angry customers coming back slowing down the line even more. Cashier didn't know what to charge us for food. Waisted 35 minutes.

It is a large subway. They have really good sandwiches. Lots of parking no drive up window. Take out is quick if you call a head.

I like that its usualy empty because they are fast and take direction well in comparison to the other subways in the area.
